It was fine. Easy enough to find and perfectly located. It wasn’t really a meet and greet service though, not sure why it’s called this? Nobody met or greeted me on the morning I travelled/04/06/19. I was travelling alone with my baby, a pushchair and 3 cases and I was told nobody could help me push the trolley to the terminal so I was a bit stuck and relied on another passenger helping me up the bank to the terminal door. That said, I would use the service again as it was convenient to be so close to the terminal doors and my car was kept safe.

Need to stop coning off sections that still have space s and need to make it cheaper for regular users e.g more than 10% off

Lots of cones in parking area blocking off certain areas. Signage was difficult for leaving. Buses from terminal to car park did not seem to realise two flights had just landed and left when passengers were dreaming out of the terminal building. No one ever answers the bus stop phone.

The last 3 times I have used the meet and greet I have found no parking places and then blocking the exit roads. No problem on return.

Previous years they have been great but this year and last not so good. Having a wheelchair and 2 cases is not easy up that ramp/hill. In the past there's been someone there kind enough to help, this year was like the Mary Celeste, not a sole in sight. Coming back the car was parked where it was inaccessible for the wheelchair. At 2am on a freezing morning not good...

Firstly I have used this service before and it was excellent. But unfortunately this time I dropped my car off in the bay outside of the office as per the meet and greet and then was told to go ad find sparking space myself, which there were none. I had loads of suitcases and children and that’s why meet and greet suited me. I felt let down and was disappointed as this service was no different than the standard parking and had paid an extra premium for nothing. I hope that the car parking people can come to an arrangement because of the lack of service ad the extra inconvenience it caused, Thanks.

the whole idea of booking the meet and greet was that i thought i would be able to drop off at the terminal as my wife is in a wheelchair, but i had to wait until one of the lads was available to take my cases while i pushed my wife up the path, on the way back i had to take the cases down first and then go back for the wife, THAT ISN'T WHAT I WOULD CALL MEET AND GREET

Although Medium stay/Short stay 2 car park is very convenient and close to the terminal - its not convenient arriving back in the early hours to have to queue at a hut to get ticket validated before exit - it used to be automatic number plate recognition?

Dropped my daughter at the short stay 2 car park as she has walking difficulties. Badly sign posted. When I dropped her off I then tried to get to the long stay parking. I got in touch with the parking office and explained what I was trying to do. They then told me to drive the wrong way down the one way system to the long stay parking, very confusing. In hindsight it would be easier to drop her off at the drop off point and pay the parking fee. This is something I am reluctant to do as I am already paying for long term parking.

Facilities OK,maybe a better selection if shops,food and drink too expensive ,parking system not the best,too far of a walk back from terminal with cases,also barrier system doesn't recognize number plate when exiting,had to reverse in layby and get ticket validated,too slow.

The airport itself was great, we use this airport throughout the year several times. I am sorry to say that the parking was not so great! My wife paid for her car to be fully valeted. When we returned from the holiday, the car had not been touched, inside or out to be told it was too dirty. Out of all 3 cars that are on my property, her car is the least dirty! There was no sympathy from the staff and no customer service shown.

we use this carpark 3 or 4 times a year no problem with the carpark all good as far as the pay in advance never works at exit gate wont aceppt the ticket asks for payment again so have to reverse and go into the office the NPR dont pick the correct reg of car up so it dont match then if the misrable woman is on the desk she barks and growls at you when its there fault not yours but like i said carparking is fine

Border control for arrivals is poor. If you are going to use electronic gates then get more of them!! Departures very good

First time I have used the meet and greet facilities. Drop off was great. However, on return my car wasn’t waiting for me as I was told. It was still parked at the bottom of the car park. To which I had to go and get my own car. I didn’t think that is how ‘meet and greet’ parking works. So was disappointed with this service.
