Each time we use the long stay car park we seem to drive around for quite a long time looking for a space, considering the amount of money we have to pay we are really not happy about doing this, we have already looked for next year and at a cost of £109 we will not be booking the car in

Car parks are not great. Had to drive around for a while looking for a space. Airport itself is easy to get into but getting out cost me as I was in the wrong lane. Not happy.

Originally booked the long stay car park then was offered an upgrade to the short stay, which I accepted. On trying to exit the short stay car park my pre payment was not recognized and the machine asked for payment of £191. It then took 10 minutes to get a response on the help button.

Parking was easy, it was good and easy enough to find. We booked direct, it’s not cheap but they all seem to be getting expensive now just to leave ur car.

It would be really helpful if aisles are signed as well as car parks. Some zones are very large and locating a car without any points of reference can be time taking.

I had an expensive small bottle of sun cream taken off me, it was 100 mil bottle but half empty and still the arrogant guy took it off of whilst smiling

Long delays of at least 40 minutes when returning most inconvenient. Meet and greet car park a bit expensive but worked perfectly

Not enough seating in the public areas and lifts to the passport control area if the escalator is not working, my sister has rheumatoid arthritis and carrying a case as well as managing the stairs is really difficult. I also saw other passengers struggling carrying children and buggys.

Airport is fine only problems are the delays at passport control and collecting baggage, never waited as long at any other airport in the world.

I much preferred the parking the way it used to be where you could park in the short stay in front of the airport. I do not like the idea of someone else parking my car that was why I never used that facility before when it was at the side of the airport. Please bring some normal parking back right in front of the airport. Disgruntled customer !!!!

I used the short stay 2 carpark. The information on the website said that it was only a short walk to the terminal. The only problem is that the walkway isn't signposted. Please sign post the walking route.

I booked and paid online however when we tried to leave (at 1.50am) the barrier would not lift up and it said I had to pay £111! I had to reverse back (with people behind me) and go to the office. Thankfully they were very helpful.

No problem when we arrived at airport and initially parked. However when we returned at 2am we, along with about 12 others waited in bus shelter at terminal for a long time. Buzzed intercom to be met with terse' where are you?' Ended up buzzing again. Driver was terse, rude and when he did stop in dark gave no indication as to which parking zone we were in. Everyone on board was frustrated with service.

Very Busy, Mis-leading 'FULL'signs and stuck behind IDIOTS who can't work out how to put their ticket into the machine to raise the exit barrier. However still good value for money, Thanks

Given a 3 out of 5 star review, due to the system no being very clear. We paid for parking via internet, yet when you arrive you are issued with a ticket and need that ticket for when you leave. Think it would be be beneficial if this was explained with receipt of payment. Also in some areas there is very little room for parking, cars are sandwiched in.

Booked in to the short stay 2 (old medium stay) however ended up in the long stay due to very poor signage directing you where to go. I’m addition the layout of the long stay is confused and chaotic and it is very easy to get stuck in a dead end without realising, very frustrating. Otherwise no issues and prepayment was a breeze.

Bus service remains to be sporadic. We now try to park within walking distance of terminal. This is hampered by security barriers and the lack of a clearly defined pathway to to the building.
