“The access and egress were trouble free and straightforward but the shuttle bus on return was a joke. Waited about 15 minutes so assume only one bus was operating and then everyone was packed in like sardines. At each stop about 10 people had to get off to allow those at the rear to get off with their cases and then get back on again. Poor service”

“Had booked Medium Stay but no signs. Appears had changed to Short stay 2 without any notification. Disappointing to say the least having paid more than Long stay where we ended up.”

“Generally the short stay car parking is very convenient and easily accessible, however because of te on-going work, it was difficult to find a suitable spot and a much longer walk to the terminal.”

“If only 2 things were corrected it would be 5 stars. They are: use air bridges; improve passport control by increasing the number of machines or getting rid of them altogether. It really is pathetic having to wait so long in this day and age.”

“We have used the car parking at Newcastle many times,unfortunately on our back from holiday on 25th January, we found our car had been damaged and are awaiting for someone to check out CCTV to find out who had done it”

“Ridiculously expensive compared to other airports, extending the drop off while making the short stay smaller means less spaces and possibly having to use the long stay and pay more. Charging people £1 for 15 mins when other airports have 15 mins free is unnecessary.”

“Got the vehicle back on time. The van had lumps of fur and meat all over the roof and blood down the window and door. Looked like rabbit fur.!! This could have been cleaned off before I got the vehicle back.”

“Car park services were good with the exception of the return journey from airport to Car park where the driver jammed far too many passengers and cases in which made it claustrophobic and dangerous!”

“wasn't impressed with a lot of parking sections closed especially the ones closer to terminal,it would cut waiting time down in the cold weather if you closed the furthest ones away for winter travellers. entrance and exit was fine,and bus was fine.”
