The signage directions for the long stay parking bays leaves a lot to be desired.

Short Stay Car Park 2 is not exactly close the the terminal building.

As a first time user of the meet and greet service I was very disappointed. Information given regarding the collection of car on the return journey when dropping car off was incorrect. I certainly wasn't met and greeted following the return flight.

Airport parking is never an enjoyable experience but using the long stay was a little more disappointing than short stay 2 - the road is in need of signifcant maintenace in some parts and the areas marked as 'full' were no more busy or empty than all other areas.

The parking space was much smaller than I remember from before. Also the rows are closer together which means a 3 point manoeuvre to line up accurately in the narrow space. Short Stay 1.

Bars are taking over the airport Burger King and food areas getting smaller very dirty looking on food areas not family oriented

It may be a good idea to erect signposts within the car park to help us locate particular areas such as "Short Stay 1" and "Short Stay 2". All parking bays are very small and very difficult for disabled drivers to negotiate.

I was able to park right beside the airport. On the few times I have used this service I my car has never been parked ready for me to access near the office ( I always thought that’s was the point) last time it looked like it had been stored in a field whilst I was away. It was muddy on my return.

Sorry, but on this occasion you didn't perform well..we landed at 1am on Saturday 15/6 along with several other flights....long delay to get through passport control but complete chaos at luggage collection..this was not the service expected...very very disappointing...

Under staffed at the meet and greet might as well parked in the long stay car park as it took absolutely ages to get my key. Left with the impression that the guy on the desk couldn’t read or write

Excellent booking experience, parking and bus transport experience on departure. On returning to the UK, waited far too long at the designated point for the bus to arrive (in the early hours of the morning). It was clear there was insufficient bus capacity to cope with the demand of people returning from holiday at that particular time.

Would be 5 star but in short stay which cost the most £75 for a week I had to drive around for 10mins to find a space so are you selling more spaces than are available?Also I used short stay in February and only cost £50 for the week, why the jump in price
