In general very good.But the bus device is atrocious.We arrived back on a cold wet and windy night,got our luggage very promptly and went for the bus.It only had two people on it .5 yards from the bus and the driver had seen us ,it pulled away.Not acceptable.

Hardly any spaces left when we arrived.Space we did find was by bus stop which was a lucky plus.

I had prepaid, but on leaving I was told I had to pay double what I'd paid already. Went in to office and staff just looked at me, no greeting, no conversation. I told them the problem, they entered something on computer and handed the ticket back to me without any apology or conversation

Its appears I'm having to park further away from the terminal each time I book. Car parks had signs up stating full however there were many empty spaces.

Better than a taxi if you live a distance from airport, and will be better when work outside terminal building finished which is a pain when its chucking it down and you have to struggle through works with a case etc.

Large areas of the car park were closed, while those in use were FULL. There were no blue badge spaces available

Main problem the ticket on departure from the car park never registers and I always have to use the attendant to get out.

As a regular visitor it is disappointing that the only discount offers are on premium fast track bookings which means I book elsewhere

As we are disabled we found it very difficult to get a disabled parking space. We always have trouble. On the way back to the car we ended up on a bus full of people, half of whom didn't put their bags in the racks. When we tried to get off it, it was a case of trying to get our case's out of the rack & get off the bus with the aisle full of people & suitcases. You need a big disabled car park close enough as to not need the bus. You should also be able to book a disabled parking space. At least you then know you are guaranteed a disabled space near to the airport.

Have used this service for years but recently they hiked up their prices considerably, so now not such a good option, will consider other methods.

Booked & paid for car parking in advance. Booking process easy, car parking very handy for airport and car park recently upgraded. On leaving the car park, we were faced with £75 bill at the barrier, despite having pre-booked and prepaid in advance. Not sure what happened, but had to contact customers services to get the issue sorted, before we could leave the airport.

I always use Newcastle airport parking as it is more convenient for me with me being disabled, however the past 2 times I have booked i have been unable to get into a disabled bay which i need due to a lot of the car parks being closed for some reason even though there are lots of visible empty spaces. This has been very frustrating and inconvenient as i have to struggle to find another suitable space this time all the way up at the furthest end near bus stop 15 and it was not a disabled bay. I think with the price of the parking there should always be the relevant spaces available ( I know they are subject to availability) but it does not help when most of the car parks are closed and blocked with cones.

Everything is very expensive compared to the high street. Meet and Greet parking service is excellent, staff very good.
