“Great facilities, retail opportunities and places to eat. Only downside was the parking in long stay which I had pre-booked. Really struggled to find a parking space.”

“Easy to book on line and pay. We were quite a way from the Airport but managed to get the courtesy bus. When we returned we couldn't find the Bus stop so had to walk. Maybe that was our fault as long delay and very tired!!! I had a copule of queries regarding the Parking and these were addressed quickly by email. Will definitely use the Car Park in future.”

“Easy parking with usually plenty of spaces. The availability/frequency of buses to the terminal may challenge those who take half their house with them when they go on holiday. We only take carryon so no problem”

“Used the Premium Meet and Greet and will continue to do so ....... however on our return from Dalaman in the early hours Saturday 27th we collected our key and got to the car to find it parked so close the one in the next bay we couldn't open the door. My wife had to clamber over the passenger seat to get in ... Hardly premium service. Would have been 5 stars otherwise”

“The best part of the airport is the meet and greet parking bit. In my opinion, that was second to none. Four stars as the check-in desk section was understaffed for the business of this airport. The duty-free section needs to be expanded as it is very crowded as are the waiting areas and the catering facilities. Overall, the insides of the airport appear tired and need some serious renovation and more flight information panels.”
