Great parking. However every time when we extend our stay means ringing from abroad which is fine, change the dates of arrival and make the payment - payment cost was good. However every time we reach the barrier to depart the short stay we can never get straight out and have to wait for someone to answer the phone which took ages this trip and further wait until they validate the ticket

We had prepaid for the short stay 2 and when we came back from holiday the barrier would not open and the machine wanted £200+ before letting us out, we rang for assistance and it was sorted out instantly, many thanks to the person that helped

Easy to book most parking near to airport Meet and great excellent However why can I get parking cheaper by going to Holiday Extras - the best price should be available direct from airport

Plenty of space, had CCTV to observe car in secure area. Watch out for parking near some blossom bushes, takes an age to clean car if you are away for long period. Used several times. Helpful staff on emails if assistance needed to change times etc

Parking is fine when you can find a space especially if your disabled like me it is almost impossible to find one as there simply is not enough disabled bays. I still believe that prices are very much over the top just to park your car for a week it’s nearly £80.

Convenient walking distance to the terminal but spaces are a little bit narrow. Bring your little car, not your big one.

Good secure parking but a lot of luggage trollies were left abandoned around the car park. Maybe they should be an area to put these in?

Parking very good never had problems used car parks 6 times this year in both short stay 1 or 2 first class , the return through customs gets worse every time i go through passport never works on new machines tell staff but they not interested baggage takes ages at moment this lets airport down

Used short term terminal parking and it was very good. Only criticism was price at £72 for just over 48 hours. By comparison, I am about to use Edinburgh Airport and paid £92 for 12 days in the multi storey (covered) parking connected to main terminal.

Fast and well organized would definitely use again if I could find fault it would be that it didn’t feel clean felt quite grubby & unkempt like it could do with a good clean

Would be excellent if it were clearer EXACTLY where to park. I wasn't the only only one in our party unsure which lane to park in - my friend was sarcastically chastised for getting it wrong.

The parking was no problem, the leaving was no problem either, however, one area needs improving the buses that take you from the car park to the terminal were nowhere to be seen. We gave up in the end and walked on arrival and departure

Just an idea . What about starting a loyalty scheme? . Send discount code for returning customers . As a family we travel about 4 times a year so would definitely be interested instead of considering taxi options

Stayed in the Long stay car park. Booking on website was simple. On arrival airport is well signposted but the car park was extremely busy and we drove around for quite some time before eventually finding a space. Better signage within the car park would be useful.
