“I used the airport at a busy time so struggled to easily find a space.I did not wait for the bus in either direction but was able to walk.”

“This is the second time (May & July) I have had to speak to an operator when trying to exit the Premium Fast Track car park. The card kept getting rejected, saying damaged Card.”

“Your website is not clear and I found I had booked a meet and greet that I did not want. At over 80 I did not want yo walk to my car to a long stay car park. I have used meet and greet for some years and was not aware of a choice of three and what the differences meant. Meet and greet to me us next to terminal and not a walkthrough trees. It is why one pays the extra. It might be better to just book the short stay as it is also cclose to terminal”

“In places the airport is a little scruffy but generally all satisfactory. The building works will improve that hopefully. Pleasant staff keep things moving. Overall always a good experience.”

“Adequate parking although spaces are quite small. Bus service appreciated but more signs needed to show where pick up points are. On leaving the airport we could not see where the bus stopped and ended up walking back to car. Quite a trek after a long day.”

“Signed posting could be a little clearer. More control is needed with larger vehicles, twice now I have returned to my car unable to access the drivers door because large 4 x 4 badly parked.”

“Used the premium fast track for 10 days. It was great being so close to the terminal but trying to find the car park at 3am in the dark was a bit of a struggle - definitely needs more signage. Also, would be nice to have fast-track security included in the price as they do for similar car parking at Glasgow and Edinburgh airports.”

“I used the long stay car park at Newcastle Airport in July 2023. It is close to the terminal building but in section L, the ground is rough stones. Not very good for wheeling cases. Next time I will use the priority long stay parking as that is paved.”

“Really easy to use, but at busy times an extra member of staff would be helpful not only to customers but to the one person that was working on the desk who was really trying to do their best. Really good to get to terminal and very convenient.”

“The number recognition system did not enable the barrier on exit. Had to contact operator who took a few minutes but eventually got released. Bit annoying at 3 in the morning but only a short delay. All else fine.”

“CONVIENANT USEING CARPARK RIGHT NEXT TO AIRPORT, WE HAVE DONE FOR A LONG TIME. ONLY ISSUE IS HOW THE PRICE HAS MORE THAN DOUBLED IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE USEING TAXI'S MIGHT BE THE CHEAPER OPTION”

“Overall good, why online check in the same Qs, Parking service 1st class. Poor arrival experience held on plane 20 mins, drop off long walk back to passport control. The escalator has not worked for 3 years.”
