“Parking was very easy, well sign posted but all car park we’re showing full so took some time to find a space. Also not impressed with the price rise same time last year i was charged approximately £65 this year it was £95 well above inflation rise in cost, could someone explain the rise. An unsatisfied customer.”

“Easy to find a parking space close to the terminal and check in was very quick. However on the day we travelled the delays at scanning boarding pass and security were horrific.”

“Trouble free parking, we got a shuttle bus to the airport however on our return we walked to the car as it was only approx 5 min walk. Ticket barriers worked fine going in and coming out, will definitely use the service again.”

“We have used this service many times over the years. The service is fast and efficient. However between April and September the cost has rocketed by over 30%. This is making me consider using taxis next time.”

“We have used the Short Stay 2 car park twice this year. It's a very convenient car park & quite close to the actual Airport building. Sadly the cost of parking at the airport is rapidly rising so we may have to rethink our plans for getting to & from the airport for next year?! Perhaps users should be offered an incentive for future bookings?”

“Newcastle Airport is a very good regional airport that could benefit from more scheduled flights to city destinations. The terminal facilities are good on the outbound side but expect long queues at passport control on the way in. It won't go unnoticed that during holiday seasons the parking charges become extortionate to the point I switched departure airports during this time for my travel. Pricing was pure profiteering without any regard for frequent customers.”
