“Overall a good car park, reasonably close to the terminal. Suppose the only negetive is the lighting, bit dark when trying to locate the pathways etc.”

“Good service but seemed expensive to me. Allegedly had a 10% discount but still cost nearly £100 for two weeks. Will consider a taxi next time”

“On the whole booking and parking at the airport is easy. The only problem we have encountered is on our return to the airport from holiday. The ticket machine never seems to accept the ticket to open the barrier. We have always had to seek assistance and always have to have our booking reference to hand. Very annoying after a long journey.”

“Had to cancel parking after BA flight cancelled at short notice. Delete with and refunded in super quick time with no fuss. Shame there was a £5 admin fee.”

“The long stay parking is a short walk from the terminal though it was quite difficult to find our way in the dark as the signage to the terminal wasn't very clear and the footpath ended abruptly. There is a shuttle bus service though it isn't 24 hours, unfortunately, as it would have been very welcome on a freezing cold night when struggling to find our way with our luggage. A clear, covered walkway would be a great addition. I think I'll save the parking money and get a taxi to the front door next time.”

“I am a frequent flier from NCL international airport out to the Canary Island Mainly Gran Canaria. The booking facilities drop-down box omits Gran Canaria from its site, therefore, making booking unreliable. In the last two times I have booked the short stay car park I have been refused exit stating I have to pay an extortionate sum which has meant I have had to walk to the gate office to get this cleared.”

“Usually good service from airport staff. Observations: - recent experience made difficult due to escalator maintenance and lack of directions to alternate - car park signage remains poor. Arriving or leaving at night time can be confusing - baggage handling seems to have improved with reduced delays in claiming baggage on return”

“The parking is okay althoug you cannot rely much on the courtesy buses. I had an alarm system brake down when I returned from Holiday had to call my rescue and recovery service. The car parking security control acknowledged that I would take longer to leave the car parking area and I did not have to pay any extra. It would have been a plus if they have a portable 12V car battery charger.”

“Hi I found signage to my parking spot difficult, when I arrived at 3am people were wondering around aimlessly looking for their vehicles which were hidden under ice, why don't ye number the parking spaces ie A 15 , A for section, 1 for row, and 5 for space”
