“This is an excellent, well organised facility. The staff are polite and friendly. Everything works seamlessly. Very easy access to the terminal. I recommend this service and Newcastle Airport in general.”

“The parking area is just a car park with barriers and nothing else.The cost of parking is expensive and parking costs need to be reduced.People like myself who regularly use this parking facility and have to travel for an hour to get there.I should be recognised as a previous customer and given better deals on parking.I regularly receive 10% off parking but this is still too expensive.Maybe I should review where I fly from in the future.Please review your rates. John Garbutt.”

“easy access, but only one critisism sometimes you have to park a long way from terminal and when your elderly it is not good, would have liked to be closer to terminal.”

“I found no issues with the parking, plenty of spaces and a shuttle bus to pick you up and bring you straight to the doors of departures which was great. Will be using the car park again 🥰”

“We have used the long stay airport parking facilities at Newcastle airport several times without any issues. Very easy to book online. Prices seem high therefore a discount option or loyalty discount scheme would be greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend the parking facilities at Newcastle airport”
