“Main issue was there isn’t or doesn’t appear to be any information re shuttle buses back to your car .. ended up having to wheel cases etc circa over 800m”

“Parking offers a good choice of options and was very easy to book online. However what really stood out was the personal service when I was stranded abroad by bad weather. While struggling to get any response out of the airline responsible, I got a quick and helpful reply about extending my prebooked parking, and assistance in getting through the system when I finally got home. Great service!”

“Plenty of spaces, pathways a bit of a mismatch having to keep crossing sides to get to/from terminal but if you cut through other car parks you can shorten the journey.”

“Very smooth and easy process from making the on line booking to parking up and meeting the team and equally as good when we came back. The reception staff were great and the facility is as it says just across the road from the terminal. Would have no hesitation in booking again when we fly out of Newcastle, a great regional airport.”
