“We always book our parking direct with Newcastle Airport as they are amazing at resolving problems like when we have had an issue with a cancelled flight at the last minute (happens frequently) or had to add an extra day to our booking due to flight changes. E-mails are responded to very quickly. Recently our car alarm went off whilst we were away and the response team checked our car over and much to our relief reported no issues (the dash cam wire had become loose and set it off). It isn't until something goes wrong that you know whether a company are good or not. Great service from all the team especially Graham and Georgina.”

“Whenever i use the long term car park why is it never possible to get straight through the barrier without hassle.? We have a private reg plate but its registered when booked so what is the problem?”

“Booking a space was easy but extremely expensive - over £100 for 7 nights! When we arrived, the only way we could get through the barrier was to take a ticket - however when we tried to exit using this ticket a week later, it requested a fee of £175!! Luckily a quick call to the help desk found our booking and opened the barrier! Finding a space wasn’t easy as it was quite full already and we ended up parking quite a distance away so waited around 15 -20 minutes for the free shuttle which was also very busy. Unfortunately, on our return (1am) the bus was nowhere to be seen so we had to walk to our car - 2 adults (one who was unwell) 3 cases and a tired toddler in the pouring rain - this was not pleasant especially as we were parked so far away. At this point we felt that a taxi would have been a better option!! Anyway, the car was as we left it and we would probably use the car park again despite the down sides as it’s still the most convenient option for us living almost an hour away.”

“Had to get ticket to enter car park as system did not recognise my Belgium number plate. On exit had to speak to member of staff to let me out as again did not recognise my number plate. Handy location but system needs upgrading to read foreign number plates.”

“Meet and Greet is so efficient and easy. The people working there are friendly and you feel comfortable that your car will be safe and looked after. It’s a very short walk from the terminal. Well worth the additional cost.”

“My rating is based on 2 key points. Too expensive, ~£100 for 1 week is a lot of money. Too expensive and will force me personally to make alternative arrangements in the future. Secondly, bus service for us was non existent so we had a 3.30am walk to the terminal from bus shelter 3 in the rain.”
