“Excellent facility except when trying to get out. Number plate recognition only works on the way in and never recognises a private number plate format so I always have to stop and go into the kiosk to have them raise the barrier manually. Not a major issue but frustrating that in the past 10+ years this has still not been addressed.”

“Paid a premium for meet and greet but when we returned couldn't get into our car as the one parked in the next bay was too close! Ended up having to climb over from the passenger side. Good job I'm not the one with 2 knee replacements.....”

“Good Parking in Premium Fastrack for wide bays. 2 stars for the security. Whats the point in fast track security when you allow anyoNe to use it making the paid customers wait or be pushed aside. The whole place was not efficient.”
