“Car park should have more lane markings to help locate vehicles. Often parked in dark and rain 2 weeks before.”

“Arrived at the airport, took a ticket parked the car and walked to the airport - I was concerned I’d parked in the wrong place (it was early and dark morning) so asked at the office and they said it was fine - came back from holiday got in car, put in ticket, the barrier opened and went home. No problems at all and wasn’t too hard to find a parking spot. Thank you. Also, found Newcastle airport to be great, no massive queues and everything went smoothly.”

“Parking facility is fine and met our requirements. The cost however is a bit expensive. We will be looking at comparing hotel prices including on site parking as this may be a more viable option as the prices don't reflect the service you get when just parking your car.”

“The airport is getting better but still queues and long waits for luggage after terrible queues at security , the bars and restaurant are allways full and very costly. , the car parks ( short stay 2 ) are excellent”

“Love Newcastle airport and this car park is perfect for us. Only a few minutes walk from the terminal its a brilliant location. Sometimes even though we've previously booked, it's been difficult to find a space but we always leave plenty of time so it hasn't been an issue. On our recent trip there were ample spaces and we we able to park quite close to the pathway which heads to the terminal. Tip - If it is really busy, on entry look to the left first as most drivers will want to park nearer to the pathway entrance.”
