Newcastle airport parking is so expensive. Our holiday represents told us Newcastle airport is the most expensive in the country. We booked direct itwas a quick holiday so hence we booked only with a few days to fly so thought this was why it was expensive .Next Year in June 27th for two weeks we've been quoted £166 from this website. We will book a taxi.

Even though I paid for the parking , when I tried to leave it came on screen that I owed £100 . It was resolved after 10 minutes of sitting at barrier waiting for a member of staff on intercom

I waited 30 mins and there was no shuttle bus to take me to the airport - i would have just walked but the weather was awful - had to walk in the end! When i left i was also nearly charged for my parking again - had to press the help button and speak to someone to be let through the barrier.

All parking is way too expensive, on top of the £58 for 3 nights, I paid £5 to drop the luggage off at departures because it was lashing it down.

Car park access & egress fine, bus transfer abismal we arrived back at 1 o'clock in the morning the weather was atrocious, we had to walk back to the car along with the rest of the passengers on the plane as the bus transport hadent started.

Parking spaces need to be numbered as it can be difficult finding your car at night !

There were no trolleys anywhere to be had and the bus service was not available at 4.30am so it was a long walk with a case and a cycle box. It's also getting far too expensive to park your car.

Direction signing for exiting car park is very poor. Pedestrian direction signing to and from terminal is very poor, particularly after dark. Locator signing for car park very poor making it difficult to locate your vehicle, particularly after dark.

Hard to find way around the car park and to find an empty space from those car park areas which are open. Very expensive (as all other airport carparks).

Despite booking parking in advance we had to drive around for about 8 mins to find a parking space, the spaces are tight and I ended up with scratches on one of my car doors on return to the airport. Took them around an hour to get our baggage from the plane to the terminal.. id avoid newcastle airport in the future.

Parked at Short stay2. Very busy, spaces tight and few and far between. Spent time driving around car park. Road near exit where we parked blocked by cars dropping off and picking up.

Usually we have a hassle free experience when using the car parking service but alas this time it was not to be. When we arrived back in the wee hours and went to collect our vehicle from the premium meet & greet parking we were told our rear number plate had 'fallen off'......when I asked how it could have happened I was informed, in an abrupt manner, it happens all the time! The operative in formed me that the number plate was in the boot, marvellous🙄. So after many years of using the premium meet and great service without a hiccup, burp or fart my rear number plate had fallen off by its own accord, although generally speaking, and after taking advice, I dont accept this on a 2yr old car. Something obviously happened for my rear number plate to throw itself on the ground? Never the less I was left to incur the cost of refitting it. And the pityfull excuse of it had 'fallen off' doesn't really cut it and to be perfectly honest I would expect a better service from you, happy to discuss further👍
