“Parking bays not identified. In a full car park establishing where your vehicle is very difficult. After approximately one hour of searching eventually found car but on top of that unable to make contact with anyone either by calling or visible attendants Very disappointed”

“The parking area is just a car park with barriers and nothing else.The cost of parking is expensive and parking costs need to be reduced.People like myself who regularly use this parking facility and have to travel for an hour to get there.I should be recognised as a previous customer and given better deals on parking.I regularly receive 10% off parking but this is still too expensive.Maybe I should review where I fly from in the future.Please review your rates. John Garbutt.”

“Only complaint was that after a 24hour flight delay, we were charged £35 extra when leaving the car park. Surely, it should flag up when a flight has been delayed and waver any extra fee.”

“We usually stay in priority parking but upgraded to meet and greet. When we returned from our holiday we went to the meet and greet desk, and we were handed our car keys and told to get our own vehicle. I had expected us to wait with our luggage while someone else retrieved the car. The car ended up being further away than the usual priority parking we use. We paid more for this and I was disappointed with the whole experience.”

“The carpark is of ample amount at the time we went. The big issue is if its raining or adverse weather then you are going to get wet etc The 3 times I've used the airport parking there has never been transport even though there are buses.”
