One of the barriers to get into the car park was not working on the day we arrived which resulted in a large queue, however once into the long stay car park it was quick and easy to find a space. A few trolley parking areas would be helpful as when we returned there were a lot of abandoned trolleys in the car park causing obstructions to vehicles.

Unable to collect a ticket on arrival which delayed our departure Easy to find parking spot but it would help if there was some indication of when bus was coming - intercom help very vague Feel cost is high but not in comparison to other airports

Pre-paid to park in the Long Stay car park at Newcastle from 2 - 9 October 2022. Got our ticket at the barrier and then searched for a parking bay which took 5 minutes or more. On our return we arrived at the exit barrier,inserted our parking ticket which was swallowed by the machine,but the barrier didn't open. On the screen where you insert your ticket it said we owed £122 for parking. Had to motion drivers behind us to reverse so we could clear the barrier,before going to the manned office situated near the barrier. Fortunately we could produce the pre-paid print-out of our booking and the barrier operator let us through. Not good! I was also charged twice when I made my booking although after contacting customer services, the second payment was returned to my account within 5 days. Room for improvement???

I cannot understand why the prestige route the airport runs. The Dubai flight, with emirates doesn’t offer a bus service from the car park during the landing or take off times. Arriving back in the cold and pouring rain. To find your car on foot is a very poor effort.

I was invited to book parking with an offer of 10% saving. However when making the booking there was no facility to enter the code which was really disappointing

The Airport was ok and seems to be well organised however it was disappointing after a 19 HR delay to be charged £30 extra for parking we won't be using airport parking anytime soon!

I use meet n greet most of the time but it can work out expensive as started to go away 3 weeks at a time and had 4 holidays up to now this year

The car park was almost full so I had to park a fair distance from the terminal and no courtesy buses were anywhere to be seen.

Departure gates overcrowded and with no possibility of social distancing. Departure process was chaotic, with people overspilling into corridors blocking other passengers going to other gates

Good parking !! I also use LBA park2travel parking who offer a 15%reduction as standard so I always save at least £10-£15 which is good in this climate Maybe Newcastle Airport parking could offer the same discount Thankyou

So our experience staying in the long stay carpark was quite smooth but on landing at 2am, there was a queue at the barriers where a lot of people who had pre paid couldn’t get through, they were keep going in and out of the office until EVENTUALLY someone came out and opened the barriers, not this time but this has happened to us previously(pre covid) where our parking card wouldn't work so clearly there is a problem where the barriers don’t recognise that people have already paid

Parking is well organised and cheap if going for a week or more, but i was only away a couple of days and tried to book early...... too expensive. Booking late was same price
