“I use meet n greet most of the time but it can work out expensive as started to go away 3 weeks at a time and had 4 holidays up to now this year”

“All the staff are lovely - booking is always done courteously and efficiently on the phone. The bus drivers are always pleasant and helpful. My only issue is the frequency of buses. Sometimes it seems that only one bus is operating with long wait times at bus stops, even when a lot of passengers wish to get to the terminal - it has not been unusual to see passengers giving up on waiting and dragging their luggage to the terminal on foot. On our last trip, we got the bus to the car park and along the way, it became absolutely packed with passengers heading for the terminal, so much so that some passengers had to get off the bus with their luggage so that we could get off. People are very obliging, but it shouldn't have to be like that. Sorry to be negative when there is so much good.”

“It was awful. Driving to the airport was already stressful and then to arrive at the airport to find very few parking spaces (despite pre-booking) was concerning. I drove around for about 30 mins trying to find a space (along with others) with cars being ‘parked’ on the side of the kerb, not in a space shows the overbooking/problems finding a space. There was no one around to help (it was early in the morning but lots of flights due to depart) I was worried that I would miss my flight if I couldn’t find a space! I eventually found a space and had to walk to terminal as no buses (phone in bus shelter didn’t work/no one answered) to call for bus so several of us walked to terminal in rain. Awful experience and not what I was expecting after pre booking my parking with you.”
