“Have a bus outside when the flights come in we where all waiting 10 to 15 minutes in the cold waiting for the bus to transport us back to our zone where our cars where parked It's not the 1st time this has happened, Thank you”

“No issues at airport however once again when leaving long stay car park system failed to recognise vehicle or ticket after booking online (within stated time). Had to return to office and far from ideal when other vehicles waiting behind!”

“Wish you would sort out the issue with car park not recognising pre-booked tickets on cars with private number plates. Other airports I have used do not have this issue.”

“The drop off and pick up were fine and that made us happy. What didn't make us happy was when we returned from our trip someone, with a case or suchlike, had tried to squeeze between my car and the adjacent vehicle resulting in a heavy scratch to the rear driver quarter. The bays are far too small and more attention should be given by parking management to A) make the bays larger as cars grow in size, and B) making clients aware that they should not cut through between vehicles and should use the pedestrian ways.”

“I turned up at the car park, parked the car, went away and then came back, got into the car and drove away, as a car park it worked very well. It's a car park!”

“Not happy please get the bus service organised. It should not be necessary to wait 15 minutes for a lift to the terminal.....and why is the free drop off car park NOT by the terminal but a 10 minute walk away???”

“We have used the airport parking twice and both times have had to visit the parking office to be able to get out. Suggest you review your system to use your payment card to exit the car park as ither airports do.”
