Jet2 staff were exceptionally helpful. Queues to check in were short and well managed. Jet2 staff were visible on our return in baggage reclaim.

Number plate recognition didn't work at the barrier so had to reverse and park to obtain an exit ticket despite your prepayment advice ! I have used this car park for many years and find it consistently inconsistent as you keep changing the parking layout and getting out of the car park with closed barriers and no exit hazards on the ground is not user friendly ,WHY??

On a previous visit the car park entrances were blocked by misleading signage and the electronic exit barriers didn't work. The barriers were working this time but confusion still reigns supreme when trying to decipher which car park I am supposed to park in.

We arrived and could get in and managed to get out again which is always good. It was really hard to navigate around and find a space ,took ages .... It is in need of a revamp just a tar overlay to be honest would be an improvement . It was really hard to pull cases over stoney ground even to a coach stop ... That said does the job

Long stay car park drop-off no problem although can't figure out why the areas nearest the terminal are always closed. No queues at the EasyJet baggage drop and relatively small queue at security check-in.

Booking and parking area good,but for the second time the barrier would not lift on entering card.We were not alone it happened to several customers.Sorted by the very polite staff,but this should be looked into.

The parking was cheap due to a discount code I found online, however I came home early and my prepaid ticket wouldn't work. I pressed the button to speak with someone, but they were very rude and unhelpful.

Arrival was fine - found the car park and left my car etc. In the evening when I returned I was unable to exit the car park and had to use the intercom machine to get assistance. This took several minutes - not a good end to a day that had started at 5-00am and it was then 9-00pm - I wonder why this happened!

This parking is so convenient. My only issue is the past couple of weeks my ticket came up as being expired. I had to contact someone through the machine and then give them my reference number in order to get out of the car park..... Not that convenient

Last 2 times I booked Medium parking in advance, my ticket was rejected as it was not on the system. This is very frustrating when returning late at night after long journey

This review is specifically about the on-site car parking. We'd pre-booked and prepaid and did as instructed when arriving and departing. But when we got to the gate on the way out it asked us to pay the walk up rate so we had to reverse, go to the booth, wait in a queue so the attendant could validate the ticket to let us out. This is exactly what happened the last time we'd used the car park. It's also difficult to see the parking area markers I the dark and the markers cover large areas - not as easy to get off at the right stop as it might be. More positively, the shuttle service is quick and efficient and we'll definitely use the car park again. Just wish the system worked as it should.

Sorry, apart from the friendliness of the shuttle bus driver not much made us happy. The layout of the car park is very confusing almost incomprehensible. Some areas were half or quarter full yet were marked either 'full' or 'closed'. Some area were obviously full so I had to go on and on until I found a parking place. The shuttles busses followed each other around one behind the other so we had to wait awhile before one came. On returning we knew we were needing stop number 4 but the bus stop wasn't numbered on the side, like many others, so we were up and down until we found the stop. Small things needed sorting out.

We used the meet and greet parking service again which was well organised and value for money in our opinion. Drop the car off next to the terminal when you leave and its waiting for you when you return, at one airport in the south we waited 20 minutes for the car. Emirates check in was quick and efficient, and boarding was well organised.

Straight in and plenty of places to park. What I was extremely annoyed about was the twenty minute wait for the courtesy bus on our return standing in the cold wind and rain. I rang twice and each time was told it would be a couple of minutes!

When we approach the exit barrier we got a message to take the ticket to the machine and pay there, as we had already paid for the parking I went to the office, I was talking to the female assistant who asked me why I have come to the office I I tried to explain the barrier would not open when she told me that I should have read the email I explained that it was 5am and dark she was very quick to tell me to use my interior light. She did issue me with another ticket which worked but I must say that I thought her attitude was a bit brusk.
