Parking itself is okay (though it was hard to find a space). Courtesy coach service was very poor - had to wait ages for a coach and it was chaos on board, very difficult to get suitcase on/off, people tripping up, etc. I'm fit and healthy and I struggled with my suitcase on the bus - it must be very difficult/impossible for older or disabled people - there must be a better way of doing it (the courtesy coach set-up).

Hassle free if a little overpriced.

Bit of a shambles at Newcastle airport. On arrival. Signposts indicated spaces in car park. So you've spend 15 minutes driving round a full car park. On return, 23:00, no bus at airport. Had to walk & got back to my car before we saw any bus. So I would have waited 20 minutes for a bus to take us to a car park 5 minutes away. They really need to sharpin up there act.

i spent 25 minutes trying to find a parking bay but unable to find one should have realized as cars were parked on entrance road and in any gap available (not car parking spaces) i eventually ended up putting my car on the end of a row (not in a parking bay) can only imagine they had over booked

Parking at Newcastle Airport was convenient for us in terms of what time we left the house as taxis can be a bit unreliable occasionally. The cost of leaving our car at the airport was a little bit less than using a taxi both ways. The parking facility itself appeared to be full when first approaching, after taking a ticket at the entrance barrier, so we had to drive around a bit to find a space. The shuttle service was very slow and had we known better we would have walked from the car to the terminal as it wasnt too far. I appreciate that it was very early hours of the morning but there seemed to be busses parked up and not in use leving only 2 operating. The bus we got on was almost full too so people were panicking a bit when getting on and off with family and cases etc. Overall I would use the parking facility again but probably not the bus as we would have been at the terminal before it if we had walked.

Convenient option and worth the price, but chaotic set up - signage not great and queues of "abandoned" cars on arrival off putting. Overall a great idea and so easy on return, but maybe needs a bit of fine tuning!

Same price as what we would have paid for a taxi there and back really so we didn't find it cheap really.

Very busy car park, difficult to find a space, stood at bus stop for ten minutes, ended up walking to terminal. No problems on return, however will probably use again.

Accessing the car park and finding a parking space was no problem. The shuttle bus also arrived quickly. The only problem was the ticket barrier when leaving. The machine did not recognise my ticket/vehicle and would not let me through without a payment of £101.00. This was quickly resolved by taking the ticket and my confirmation booking email to the desk. Unfortunately there was a queue of vehicles behind me which meant I could not reverse back and therefore blocked the barrier until I got through.

Used the short stay car park for the first time. No problems with booking or parking and exiting on our return. Only issue was the person who was parked beside me left a scratch in my door at has been quoted at £400 to repair.

It was easy to do but could be improved. 1. Keep prices below or same as price of Taxi to/from airport. Only possible with some discount codes 2. Getting from parking place to airport by bus can be awkward with heavy cases. Allow free bag drop off and pick up closer to terminal building before parking or collecting car. Or have bag assistance on buses. 3. On return had to wait 20 mins for bus.

The car park needs more exit signs, at night when it is pretty dark in the car parks you can drive round not knowing how to get out, the signage is terrible. If you aren't too far from the terminal and it is not raining, walk, its quicker than waiting for the bus

Car parking access could be better signposted and prior instructions a bit clearer about parking arrangements. The car park had broken glass and unkept verges. Waited for the bus to terminal when we had to call for however never turned up so we walked, which luckily enough isn't too far. Not great service but positive s were car was still in one piece and there was no hassle with booking in or dropping keys and airport is very close.

I would like more symbols or numbers on the site which would make it easier to find my car when I return from holiday and also I would like to see more exit signs. Mrs Marshall

Although I'd prepaid for parking the barrier wouldn't raise when we tried to leave the carpark. I went into the office to be informed that the number plate recognition didn't like private number plates. I was informed that after something had been done on the computer all would be well. In fact it wasn't so had to press the Help button. Eventually we were able to exit the carpark after an attendant came to the machine.

Twice I have used the service and twice I have come back to a flat tyre. I don`t know where the car is being parked but I am not happy with the situation. The tyre has now had three punctures and its only 6000 miles old.

Whilst the long term parking itself at Newcastle Airport is satisfactory it is very frustrating to find half empty areas with barriers across saying "car park full" and other areas saying "spaces" when there are no parking places vacant. I use this car park a few times a year - book in advance - and it is always the same - very frustrating. On a positive note I have never had any problems with my car and there are no hold ups when you are leaving the car park.

The parking ok. Leaving is a nightmare. The barrier never opens when you insert ticket.

Hand out at the booking check in, a A5 sheet on the new changes as you walk through the duty free area, we did not know where we were , and march through. The bus to the car park on our return was loaded beyond safety. The ambi lift personnel were brilliant

in general a good service, but as always it is nearly always impossible to exit the barrier at the end of your stay, always have to get assistance its ridiculous.
