Parking very close was great however thought meet and greet was they meet you park up your car and have car ready for when you get back, my car was where I left it when I went on my holidays

Online system was very easy to use but when I came to leave on the night the machine didn't recognise the registration. When I pressed for help I was greeted by a curt response and told to "pull in and come to building at the side".. when I arrived the woman was talking to colleagues and then turned and was very abrupt. No apology or comments just very abrupt. Welcome home to Newcastle eh?

All good except when returning home and trying to leave the airport it would not open the gate although all relevant info was ok. We had to go to office for help which held up the traffic .

Booked "Meet and Greet". Was not met by anyone on arrival or greeted at all. You make your way into the parking hut and give them your keys. This is fine to me - more than happy with this, I just think it should not be portrayed as some up market valet parking experience. It is very convenient though.

I paid on line got my ticket for long stay car park and parked up. I then got bus to terminal being lucky as it was coming along the road just at the right time. the only thing I will say negative is it is quite expensive to park for 11 days.

Found it very confusing, especially when picking up my car.

Fantastic idea, used for the first time- but unfortunately confusion over our arrival time (even though flight info times given) and car was not ready. It had been ready at midday not midnight - at least it was in the car park so we didn't have too far to go

The coach driver should shout the car park number out every time day and night in good time to prepare for getting off the bus

Very very difficult to find a parking space. made us worried about checking in. Pre paid parking costs but we still needed to get a ticket to get in under barrier . When we left we put ticket in but barrier wouldn't open. Pressed help and they acknowledged pre payment and opened barrier. They said it was because we had got a ticket...but we couldn't get in without the ticket. tad confusing!!

The booking site is easy to follow but it is expensive when compared to most other regional airports, say for example Manchester or Leeds. also the system asks me every time if this is my first time, I type NO but it still does not remember my details. There are several car parking areas in the Long Stay car parks and on numerous occasions they are marked with signs saying CAR PARK FULL when there are plenty of spaces still empty, I don't think the staff are very efficient when it comes to seeing what is full and what has spaces which means driving around looking for a car park area that is sometimes a long way from the terminal. The buses don't seem to run on a regular timetable either and it all looks a bit ad-hoc.

I used the long-term parking facility at Newcastle in July 2015 for one week while travelling abroad on a family holiday. I pre-booked online. Access to the car parks was easy but it took quite some time to find a space. There were signs at the entrances to some car parking sections saying "car park full" but they were plainly not. After finding a space, we (as a family) had a 10-15 minute wait at one of the bus shelters (it was raining) and took the courtesy bus to the terminal. On our return, we arrived into the airport around 04:30 and decided to walk to the car park as there was no sign of any bus at the terminal and we did not see one operating while we were walking to the car park. The car parks are well "lettered" so it was straightforward to locate the car. Exiting the car park was also no problem.

Got three gouges in passengers door not happy as I will have to pay out of my own pocket also when I put ticket into machine total to pay came up as 292 pound to pay had to ring help line would have cost me about 50 pound return to Sunderland in taxi so it cost. To park 80 odd now It will cost over a hundred to get repairs done I will think twice next time about using this service thanks

I think there should be one fixed price for your long stay parking. I have many discount codes for parking prices which vary, I now find that hays travel charge even less for parking at the same car park. Let everyone park for £44-00. Yes that would be nice and fair

I have to say we were at the airport on the busiest weekend of Sunday 26th July. In the past when we have used the Meet and Greet service they have parked our car for us and then had it ready - engine running with boot open when we returned. However this time we parked the car ourselves and it was still in the same parking spot on our return.

Took ages to find a parking space as everywhere said full. There was no staff to ask where to park. Finally after about 20 minutes with much shouting we found one. The good thing is that the buses to go to the airport are regular and fast. The car was where we left it and in good nick. Would use this company again now we know what to expect

Booked on line, printed out booking reference (thankfully stored it in the car). Entered car park took kiosk issued ticket and parked, no problem. Returned from holiday and when trying to leave car park inserted ticket barrier wouldn't rise. Had to call for help and quote booking reference - and was greeted with did you insert your ticket! barrier had to be remotely raised. hmmmm

Problem getting out of the carpark and was accused of keeping the ticket near mobile phone thus making the magnetic strip invalid! The ticket was placed in a plastic folder immediately and there it stayed all holiday! This is the second time that this has happened at Newcastle when trying to exit the carpark On the return journey also had a long wait for the bus

getting in and out is fine, finding a space can take some time, limited disabled spaces make parking more difficult even to get near a bus stand

usually we have no trouble finding a space to park but this time there were cars parked on the outside of the zones(on road) and it took a longer time to find a space. It seemed as if there were some zones closed and too many cars needing a space. Sometimes cars had parked over the line so unable to get into that space. Bus service was good (as always-pleasant driver)
