We booked online. We were caught by the cameras entering the 15 minutes free parking, to leave people and cases, before entering the long stay parking. This meant that we were asked to pay again on the way out after a week, staff at the office were able to sort it all out. One lady member of staff was a bit rude. They told us to use the courtesy bus instead, but in our experience they are never there when you need them, easier to walk. We might continue using parkandgo in the future to avoid this problem (cheaper and you get cashback).

Good price at short stay but had difficulties leaving through the gate as the machine said my ticket had expired. Any issues were resolved by customer service button but could have been stressful if there were cars waiting behind me!

Disappointed that on exit the prepayment was not recognised. It was quickly resolved at the office next to the barrier. Fortunately I had my paperwork handy to prove I had already prepaid.

I was told upon arrival, when handing over my car keys that my fight had been changed for departing Palma, he crossed out my arrival time, i had completed and changed it to arriving back at Newcatle at lunch time instead of late afternoon. i was very aggitated by this and when i got to the check in desk this was not the case. The error was your car parking attendant. While our car was there upon arrival 3 other clients were told their cars were parked further over in the car park, this shoul not be the case and thier cars should have been their for east collection, this is why we pay a extra fee, so we do not have to trundle across car parks with our cases. Very dissapointed with the service this time. But this is the only time we have experienced problems and saw first hand other people had too. A strong word is required to the Meet and Greet staff is required. Kind regards Linda White

After many years of use the number plate re-con system still does not work, instead there is still a need to go to the office with a piece of paper and stand in a line The year is 2015

had to press assistance at the barrier as the sensors did not recognise my car and number plate for some reason.

Ended up in overflow car park which was poorly surfaced and difficult to wheel suitcases.

Bus service could be better. Only the one bus going round causing passengers at the furthest points to wait longer as bus gets full quickly.

I use this a lot, and on exit placing the ticket into the slot it never recognizes my registration of GSO 37, and after pressing for assistance they take an age to lift the barrier, all very, very frustrating indeed!

Prompt pick up when outbound, but waited an age in the cold and wet at 1 am on our return for a bus back to the car park. Bellair pick up was long gone before our bus came so I may be tempted to use Bellair next time unless a second bus is put on to get us back to the car park at busy times when several flights land in quick succession.

The on-line booking system worked well. However the experience at the car parks was a nightmare. Chaos reigned. People trying to find spaces on full carparks and loads of empty spaces on view in car parks which were closed off for some reason. Very bad experience which almost made us late for our flight.

Online service excellent , however on returning home ticket stated we owed £80 when I had already pre paid, I then had to go into the office, my husband wasn't happy as had to reverse the car back and there were people behind. I explained what had happened to the attendant who then asked for my ticket which I didn't have as the machine had kept it. I showed him my pre pay booking and he then gave me another ticket to go through the barrier. I wasn't the only person it happened to that day as the car in front and behind had the same!

Signage can be a bit confusing for a first time user. On departure the first barrier we put our ticket in kept saying we owed £85 even though we had payed in advance. Had to reverse and use the other barrier which caused a bit of hassle with other drivers. Very awkward to stow large cases on the terminal shuttle bus.

We found that we had to park in the furthest carpark as there were no spaces anywhere. On return it took over 25 mins for the bus to arrive to take us to the car park. With two small children at 3.30am this was unacceptable

The last two times we have used this service I have booked well in advance, but when we returned to the car park on trying to exit, the card has not been accepted by the machine and I have had to go into the office to get it activated. Luckily I always make sure I have the documentation with me as the staff in the office are not very cheerful. ! Apart from that, it is a very useful facility.

Good facilities but really very expensive as are all Airport car parks . The government should look into this matter at all airports as parking cost are far to high
