Booking took a little time as American airlines wasn't included as an option in the "flight details" section. Walk to the airport was easy from the medium stay car park, though it was only 20 yards further to the (cheaper) long stay car park. When I returned from holiday (1 week) the car was there, but someone had stolen the Ford badge from the rear of the car. Considered reporting it, but website stating that all damage is at owners risk, didn't encourage me to do that. I would use them again, probably at the long term car park and would make sure I parked clearly under a camera.

I prebooked and registered the car registration number but like on other occasions when we left the number plate was not recognised and I therefore had to go into the office to get ticket to facilitate exit. This is inconvenient and defeats the purpose of number plate recognition. It is not the first time either so why advertise this facility then not provide it?

I was actually driving for half an hour and start panicking when I couldn't find 1 empty space! The shuttle is very handy and runs approx every10 mins which is very helpful as the parking is quite far from the airport entry. The most negative side is that my car door had been scratched badly I assume by next car owner. Looks like he must have opened his car door by force.:(

Not exactly 'meet and greet'. Very near to airport, but it was raining so still got soaked after leaving the car at the drop off.

Bus going out picked up very promptly. Staff on buses both ways were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately after returning to Newcastle we had a problem with lost luggage and when this was sorted an hour later, along with another couple, we waited 25 minutes to be picked up and taken back to our car, which we felt was a little much after a flight and stress of lost luggage!

Never get through barrier even though I paid on line. Always go to office to get ticket authorised.

I have used the meet and greet car parking facility on three seperate occasions. On my last two visits my car suffered some small dents in two of the doors. Having filled out a form in the office I received an email denying all culpability for this damage. I will be using the service again as I have very little choice of an alternative. It is a friendly and useful service, I just wish that my car had not been damaged as a result of using it.

It wasn't very hard to find a parking spot although car park looked very busy. The only issue we had was the bus which never came to pick us up, and we have been waiting for about 15 minutes...so in the end decided to walk to the terminal. It was very windy and cold and it started raining. So wasn't too happy about it.

We decided the night before to take the car and leave it at the airport for our early morning flight. This was mainly due to on-line discount we found as it worked out cheaper than a taxi both ways. Getting to the car park was easy as there are plenty of clear signs. Luckily we managed to find a space straight away and close to the roads. But the car parks are a nightmare to navigate from previous experience. As it was raining we went over the road and into a bus shelter whilst waiting for the bus. There were many people there already and another 15 turned up also so many getting soaked. No bus arrived and we waited a good 15 minutes before someone picked up a handset in the shelter and rang to find out where the bus was. This was disappointing as all our cases were soaked through and the frequent buses that were promised did not happen. It shouldn't be up to passengers to chase a bus. Surely the Airport has CCTV or a system to know when to pick people up. On the way back the flight was delayed and as I had not bought a flexible parking ticket. I literally had 20 minutes to get through passport control and to sprint down to the car to get it moved before the 12 midnight deadline as didn't want locked in so never used the return bus. But after the wait on our departure for a bus thought it would be easier to find my own way there as would be quicker. Overall, an average experience. Cheap, safe, secure, transport to airport (eventually) Airport just need to ensure passengers aren't left waiting for lifts.

Disappointed with my parking at Newcastle airport. We arrived at 6.45 am on the 5 May 2015 in wet conditions with signage directing us to a car park area which was 98 percent full . After finding a space we went in the pouring rain to bus station 10 whic had a parked closed bus . No driver was available so we phoned to ask where / when the driver was? We where told to go to bus station 14 where again there was a parked bus but no driver. It was raining heavenly now a more people were arriving. So as you are aware this bus station is the location of your on site office with no one present. So we were left to walk with our baggage to the airport terminal building in very wet conditions. Coming back it was perfect as it has been for us previously The short stay parking area appeared to have ample personel but why were we left to ourselves to do what we had paid for.

On arrival we had to await for a staff member to take our car which isn't exactly what we normally expect, at times one attendant on the site isn't enough. I will be booking again in the coming weeks and if the same applies then we will look for an alternative. As our records show we are a regular meet and greet customer.

Very expensive. Surface of some of the carpark areas very poor. Camera system doesnt recognise my Dutch registration plate, so when i pre pay i always have to go into the office to get this sorted, which defeats the object and costs time.

More could be done to direct motorists towards available spaces, it is difficult to get an overview from the level of the average car seat. G Freeborn.

Not enough disabled parking near the terminal. Always full and always with none blue badge cars!! Need more blue badge space and be strict on people who abuse this area.
