The directions and instructions were poor as they only worked once off the roundabout and actually down the road. It took us 5 minutes and a phone call to get to the correct place

We thought it was a great service until we arrived back at the airport to find that our car had been damaged whilst in your care. We are still to be contacted by you 10 days later. Whether we use the service again will depend on how you handle this situation.

Signposting to car park arriving in car OK. Signposting for pedestrians to and from terminal building is poor.

We booked and parked in the long stay which relies on using the bus to the terminal building, a walk, certainly if raining, not a good idea. The main problem is the frequency of the shuttle bus the web site suggests a 5min average wait. For us in both directions it was nearer to 12 to 15 which is a pain if you are huddled in the rather small / exposed shelters. We have used the service before and will do so again, hence the rating of normal. Otherwise car was found as we left it in good order.

On the whole, the experience of pre-booking was ok,worked out cheaper than paying on exit. However there were a couple of things I was unhappy about. On arrival at the car park we were very lucky to actually find a parking space, good job we weren,t late or in a hurry, just happened to find one on one of the perimeter fences.A parking location would be nice when you pay in advance. The second thing was,on exiting the car park we got to the barrier I put the ticket in and it said I owed £53.Absolutely livid, its very embarrassing when you have to back up with several cars behind you .Luckily the office was next door and they cleared the ticket.Would use this service again and hopefully won,t have this experience repeated.

On existing the car park at the barrier the machine said my pre paid card was black listed. I had to ask 4 motorists' behind me to move so I could go to the office to find out what the problem was.I was issued with a new ticket ???? and was able to exit the car park. Having prepaid for my parking I found this not up to the standards that I have experienced at other Airport car parks.

The car parks were all very busy and the signage is very poor to show the actual entrance/exits to each car park. After waiting for 10/15 minutes for the free bus to take us from the car park to the terminal, we had to phone through, the bus then arrived fairly quickly. Also on our return from holiday a number of people were waiting in the queue and after 15 minutes the bus still had not arrived so someone phoned through and was told its on the way, after waiting a further 10 minutes in the rain the bus finally turned up. We even considered walking back to the car park as it is often quicker than waiting on the bus!

Using the airport carpark was easy and close to airport terminal, the only downside was 35 minutes finding a space to park which was infuriating as there was empty carpark areas all empty with barriers closing them, these were not airport workers carpark facilities just normal, these were open by the time we returned from holiday. ????

Arrived at four a.m. and found it very difficult to get a parking space as most of the car parks were full. Eventually did find one, but waited ages for the coach to go the few hundred metres to the airport. We walked it instead, which was easy for us with one case but I wouldn't fancy doing it with more than that, especially on loose gravel. I really think there should be a member of staff at the barrier (perhaps in a booth) to direct people to where the available spaces are. There was certainly no obvious help available for anyone with mobility issues etc. The way that the car park is laid out doesn't help either, with many dead ends, leading to queues of traffic reversing to get out once they find there are no spaces. There were also many cars parked on the grass and in other strange places. I would use this service again, but only because there is no real alternative at Newcastle Airport. On the plus side, the online booking worked OK.

We parked in the dark...miles from anywhere...no signage as to where we were?? Surface was poor. Not what you expect from a major airport?? Entry/exit was fine..we had pre booked, however, not happy with unsolicited calls from ?? Wondering if we wished to upgrade(.for a cost) nearer the terminal. Suggestion...multi storey, nearer terminal and if not...much better signage.

Arriving at 0400hrs it was nor apparent as to which of the parking zones was open, closed or full. Time was wasted driving around the site looking for an open parking zone.

Not exactly meet and greet, just secure parking. No one met us on arrival we had to go and find the office and drop keys in,no one inspected car before we left it as it says on website. No one to meet us back on arrival into Newcastle, might as well book with one of the park and fly companies and get it a lot cheaper

There was quite a significant walk to our parking space from the airport, I think the time described in the description is for the spaces in long stay closer to terminal building which are highly unlikely to be available during busy months

I have used airport parking several times and have had no problem but this time my car was damaged as it looks like another car has reversed into it causing minor damage to the front end apart from that everything was ok

The parking is v well organised but you need more courtesy buses at peak times. Our driver was v cheerful and v helpful but the only one on. Friday 28th August about 2.30 with a number of flights arriving plus departures. Mary Frain
