All in all a good service, quite close to the airport , but we had a disabled person with us this time, and needed the bus, had to wait nearly 15 minutes after talking to the operator at the bus shelter , before a bus was picking us up. |At other times it took so long, that we had to walk ,past the parked bus , otherwise we would have missed the check in . When we then left the parking, we got stopped at the barrier because the camera did not recognise the personalised number plate ??? It doesn't make sense to book for a car with number plates , when you then can not exit the car park because the registered plate does not get recognised.

Great facilities but expensive unless you have a code

Had I realised I had to drive it to a car park reception I would not have used the service I was led from advert to believe that someone met us in front of main airport entance and not deliver and pick up from a reception in a car park at side of airport I may as well have parked car myself it would have made no difference

When we tried to exit the machine did not recognise us as prepaid customers and I had to get out and go into the office, they had problems finding us, the traffic was queueing up behind us! Not good at midnight!!

Although i paid for the parking on line when we returned to pick up our car and drove to the barrier it said we needed to pay £86. When I went to the office I was told that it hadn't read our car registration.

The actual facility and price are excellent. The car park itself (A12) is let down by a very rough surface for inevitably dragging heavy wheeled suitcases. The other downside is the bus service: very slow in coming and a v uncommunicative driver.

Plenty of parking spaces however no dropped kerbs for trolleys so if you have nine pieces of luggage like I did you have the issue of walking in the road.

The card / barrier control on exit did not work for us and the other 2 cars also at the exit. The remote operative had an attitude problem, although we did eventually escape

No problem getting in and out of the airport parking. One annoying thing was tHat on returning , my family waited in the pick up drop from area while I went for the car as it was some distance from the airport. I was in the pick up point literally two minutes and was charged £1 to get out. Not a fortune I know, but still annoying.

On arrival at the park it took a bit of driving around to find vacant parking places. It would have been better it it was highlighted at the entrance which blocks had spaces. Once parked, along with others we waited in the rain for over 10 minutes before a bus came along, foll0wed by another bus. However on return we did misplace our exit ticket and this was replaced without bother. I would use this facitity again due to it close proximity to the airport.

Nice and easy to use and pay, only thing that spoilt it was that some idiot parked next to my car and swung the door open taking a bit chip out of my paintwork, so the low cost of parking has now been offset by the price of repair to the car ( scumbags)

The booking of the parking was hassle free, as was the entry into the car park. However, we have a problem when we come to exit the car park as the number plate recognition does not recognise private registrations. Considering the technology we have today I would have thought that this could be addressed. It is really annoying, when all you want to do is drive straight out of the car park, instead of which when we insert the card into the machine we can't exit so have to go to the office.

My only gripe about the on site parking is the buses which always seem infrequent and are generally overcrowded.

We were neither met nor greeted and it's called Meet and Greet! Last time our car was checked over before we left it but nobody was around when we arrived this time. We had to go into the cabin to tell the man we were here and he told us to just park it and bring the key to him!

What would have been a good experience of easy access to the car park, plenty of space to park and within a short walk to the terminal (5 mins) was spoilt by a frustratingly long wait to get out of the car park because the automatic gate was broken and there was a long wait for each car to manually verify through the intercom and get the gate opened!!

Not many spaces as it was Saturday so busy. We had to park quite a way off. No buses came round so we walked to the terminal with our cases and the same on the way back. Other than that was ok. Not too expensive.

Booking process was good and there was plenty of space in the car park. When I went to exit the car park the barrier would not accept the ticket saying that the exit time had expired (which it hadn't). I pressed the help button but there was no reply so I had to reverse out from the barrier and drive back (the wrong way) to the pay kiosk where I pressed the help button again and this time received a reply. The guy who responded was very short with me, would not listen to my explanation and just told me to go back to the barrier, where he was waiting and opened the barrier for me without saying a word. A little more customer care training is required with this guy, and someone needs to look at what happened with the ticket, but apart from that it was fine.
