“Easy to park and exit the car park. In long stay car park and walked to ternermal as there was no buses about. Some people who were waiting for bus had been there for 20 minutes started to walk up to did not see any buses when walking up to the ternermal. I feel the price for parking at the airport is to high this is not just newcastle but the rest of the air ports in the country.”

“the airport and fast track parking are all very good---the border force staff inbound however--let the whole process down as they either stand watching--next to their room---in the baggage reclaim room---or are just blatantly rude--when they step inside their room to carry out their duties---a particular female officer was overly fastidious after she was told by me---I had 200 cigarettes---her x-ray machine didnt work---so she dismissed me coldly---others have been pleasant”

“The whole process was very good. From booking, to arriving and leaving after our holiday. The only downside is the scale of the carports. Not always able to get the bus particularly when arriving back during the night. Apart from that, a very slick operation!”

“I have regularly used The Meet & Greet car park to leave my car whilst on holiday. I have been happy with the service but the prices increases are shocking. It cheaper to book a hotel the night before including evening meal and breakfast and leve my car in the secure hotel car park then it is to park at The meet & Greet. You need to reduce the prices.”

“Everything went well and as I have mobility issues I went to bus stop 1 after parking. I phoned as the intercom wasn’t working. When I phoned they said nobody picked up from Nos 1 but when I explained that I had mobility issues the bus came. It was all gone on my return journey.”
