“I am, as always more than happy with all of the airport’s facilities and helpful friendly staff the only problem that I have is the cost of parking even in the long stay car parks which can take you 15 minutes or more to reach the terminal building have on numerous occasions cost me more than the flight I was catching. £80/£90 odd pounds to park your car for a week is extortionate. Other than that great! Thank you.”

“Intercoms not working, you had to phone a number. Many elderly would be unable to do this.Also bus shelters had not been cleaned for some time, dirty and mucky .”

“Its a car park? it does what it says on the tin - you park your car there.....apart from the VERY expensive prices its fine. The costs are starting to get very annoying - I have booked 3 times in 2024 so far and each time it has gone up by at least £10 ??”

“Parked fairly close to terminal which was good. Pre booked my place but on return when entering my ticket I had to call for assistance as it wanted to charge me £238.00 for one weeks parking that I had already paid for”

“Nice changes made making it a more modern environment but more seating outside of bars/restaurants is needed. Also parking is astronomically priced compared with previous years and other airports in the country.”

“As I had to cancel the holiday I had booked at the end of March I also cancelled my car parking so I would suggest you keep your records up to date. I have another holiday booked for later in the year and I will be in touch nearer the time. Thank you.”

“Always good service but the last time I used the meet and greet the lady didn't give me the number of the bay my car was parked in which made it a little more difficult to find it. Also it was parked so close to the next vehicle I had to climb over from the passenger to the driver's seat.”

“A perfectly adequate Long Stay carpark. On this occasion we managed to get a space that was just a 5 minute walk from the terminal. There were no problems upon entry or departure from the park, following an online booking. The cost is fairly comparable to other airport parking arrangements, but remains expensive.”

“Don't find directions very clear to each parking area. But when found process is easy. Not sure how it could be done but some parking is suspect to say the least, I had to climb into thd passenger seat when I returned as car next to us had left about six inches. There were also lots of loose trolliez rolling around which isn't good if they hit your car. Improvment needed but overall OK”
