“although the product was not on the shelves a member of staff went out of her way to search the stockroom instead of letting us go through an internet purchase. the displays were excellent which prompted us to buy in the first instance. well done next home in carlisle”

“I was in a rush and needed a top, they found me one from storage that was perfect and even ironed it for me as I needed it there and then. Next in Springfields, Spaulding. So helpful and will most definitely be visiting the store to purchase from again”

“I complained because the green kitchen theme accessories that I was collecting had been replaced by blue and red. I didn't think they should change colour schemes so regularly. But they rewarded me with a £15 voucher so I will just have to have a white microwave instead of a green one. Apart from that I love Next. My favourite shop.”
