Ordering online was a nightmare as the website wouldn't accept my gift cards. Then my parcel was lost and the items I ordered had home out of stock. Reordering different items was a nightmare as had to pay again even though my refund hadnt reached me yet. The only saving grace was the customer services agents who tried thier best to rectify the issue, unsuccessfully, but they did all they could.

Next sell some really good quality childrens' clothes - if ONLY their adult clothing wasn't made out of nasty manmade fibres I'd shop there for me too - but their inane relationship between online directory and store is infuriating. I had to go inshore twice, and make two phone calls before they'd refund me for two dresses I'd been charged for yet not actually received. Their accounts online can only be viewed properly via a browser. I do like their callback option though, and their customer service agents are always polite and helpful.

I have been a account holder for many years. Spent 1000s of pounds. Reason for this is mainly because the next day deliver... latey I am being drawn to shop at other outlets. NEXT I'm sorry to say, the reason I use next is for the next day delivery, I recently ordered 7 jackets, 5 of which were 3 weeks delivery.i cancelled the whole order and shopped else where. This is happening everytime I order latey. Never had a problem with customer service, store assistance are very helpful too but you should not offer a service that you cannot give....

Ehm ordered 2 pairs of jeans from their website but had to do over phone as didn't have my password for online banking so they took card details on phone and said I couldn't pick up from store for security reasons and that it would have to be my address at first which cost £3.99 which were supposed to arrive next day which was bit of pain to wait in. So luckily I phoned them that day as they said w were having problems with deliveries and wouldn't get to during week which was no good to me as I as working so we arranged for me to pick up in store which would have been easier on Mon and got the postage supposedly payed back onto my card but then the strangest thing happend they arrived at my door saying one of the neibor had parcel which this wasent to be the case and instead of 2 pairs jeans they were 3 which 2 pairs was the same?? And when I looked at my online statement they had took it upon themselves to open an account for £900! Absolutely a disgrace they didnt know wot they were doing at all on phone, it's a shame as there stuff fits like a glove but probs with deliveries now I am going to have to sort all this mess out.

I shop at Next for both clothes and home ware. I usually do an in-store collection and each time I've picked up my order they ask for different forma of ID. I'm told one thing via email and another when I show up in the store so it's confusing and not that smooth of a transaction. Get your act together people.
