“Placed order on 30th December and was supposed to receive my order by 24th January. On 17th Jan received email that my item is in warehouse and that it will be dispatched within next 24 hours. Checked my bank account and next had deducted money for the purchase. On 19th Jan received an email and a text message that I will get the delivery on 20th Jan. Waited all Saturday for my delivery and received nothing. Next day contacted customer services and was told that my item is not in stock! When asked why I received all the emails with delivery confirmation was told that they expected to receive item from supplier, but they have no stock now and that it is a matter of waiting now when the item will become available and they don't know how long it may take. So now I'm a £100 short have no coat and might not even get it by the end of the winter. Honestly I did not expect such poor service from Next...”

“Good clothes and choice of clothing and quality but there is never enough stock online for some items! It shouldn’t be on if it’s out of stock especially dresses”

“Purchased black bootcut jeans, the most comfortable jeans ever from the Next website which was really easy to use and collected them from the shop. Not many places selling bootcut jeans so I was delighted. All staff were really helpful at Greenford Westway. The best Next shop around.”

“Ordered goods online, arrived in store for collection the next day. Received email to let me know they were in store. Unfortunately goods did not fit. Took back to store, very easy returns process, staff always polite and helpful. Email received acknowledging return of goods the same day. Next day advised of refund and into the bank the same day of next day. Couldn't ask for a better or more fluid service.”
