“Ordering online was a nightmare as the website wouldn't accept my gift cards. Then my parcel was lost and the items I ordered had home out of stock. Reordering different items was a nightmare as had to pay again even though my refund hadnt reached me yet. The only saving grace was the customer services agents who tried thier best to rectify the issue, unsuccessfully, but they did all they could.”

“I bought a bottle of small perfumes for my holidays - I was looking for something nice looking, convenient to use and, of course a great scent. Next (Cheshire Oaks) has a fantastic selection of such items and they are all great quality. I can highly recommend it, if you need something inexpensive, but classy.”

“Their website is very easy to use. It is very easy to navigate and order items, it shows if they are in stock or the time you have to wait for the item. It offers quick Shop option which when ordering an exact item is amazingly useful. I use NEXT a lot and their returns are simple by offering courier or shop returns. The speed of delivery is amazing too.”
