“Very good website. I always book on line and request it to be delivered to store. I am never disappointed that it won't b there the following day. The Next system always gives an accurate stock count and will advice when a product will be back in stock and reserve your order for that period of time.”

“They are quite good at customer service but the sizes are not always good. They have a petite brand which is great for me, but not all of the shops have it and not a lot of variety”

“I ordered my delivery to store to save me the time of walking the Trafford centre for work wear. My delivery arrived at the exact time stated. I went into the changing room with my huge order to try everything on. The staff were very friendly and professional. Well done next.”

“The worst big brand name shop I have come across. Ordered items in Sale December 2016 and still trying to sort them out items did not arrive and just before they were due to be delivered (Sofa) got a call saying that they had run out of material (leather). Then after selecting replacement they want to charge full price (items ordered were in half price sale). Will not get my hard earned money!!”

“Next sell some really good quality childrens' clothes - if ONLY their adult clothing wasn't made out of nasty manmade fibres I'd shop there for me too - but their inane relationship between online directory and store is infuriating. I had to go inshore twice, and make two phone calls before they'd refund me for two dresses I'd been charged for yet not actually received. Their accounts online can only be viewed properly via a browser. I do like their callback option though, and their customer service agents are always polite and helpful.”
