“I love shopping with Next online. Their website is easy to use. I also use their app (on android) and love that too. Option to pay an annual fee for unlimited service (includes free delivery and first look at upcoming sales). Customer service is fantastic, no nonsense. Delivery is quick and simple. My whole shopping experience far surpasses going into the store.”

“We purchased 2 items of clothing online. The first was ill-fitting for the size and the second a perfect fit. Returning the first item via their shop was quick and simple and the refund back in my next account in hours, Great service especially compared with their competitors. Top Marks!”

“Bought a Coat on Line for a present, needed it quickly so paid for next day delivery which Next said would be the following day it took 3 days to arrive, it was difficult to contact Next it had to be by phone and had to wait on hold for 40minutes most days unless I phoned late at night and then it was only 10mins, Very unsatisfactory.”

“Products arrive quickly and are as described. Clothes are particularly good as there is no variation in size with Next items so you know they will fit. If a problem crops up the Customer Services team are excellent.”

“Accidentally left my American Express card in Next bluewater today, went back for it within the hour and was told my card had been Shredded! When I asked to speak to the shredder I was told she had gone home 2 minutes ago (this was 11.15am) and there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. With no other means to buy anything else I had to come home. Complete waste of a journey. Don't understand why they would shread somebody's bank card within an hour of it being left. I am devastated”

“I shop regularly at NEXT, and it is their customer service in particular that makes me happy to continue doing so. I've had to return items bought for me that weren't quite my style, and they are always happy to exchange - even when it's been some time since purchase. They also cater for a wide range of sizes, including mine, which can make clothes shopping difficult sometimes. Great range and well-price too.”

“I have been dealing with a senior customers services person named Jit I want to say how much I regard his polite and extremely helpful manner he sorted a very stressful situation for me regarding a toddler .bedding set after speaking to several people in my local store all of which could not help me he sorted this out and got it delivered to me in time for Christmas which will make my little granddaughter very happy . I have phoned Jit to thank him personally but hope he gets some recognition from his superiors as he deserves too well done what fantastic customer service . Thanks again Jit.”
