“I love shopping at Next! I've been a customer with them for about six and half years now. Over that time, they have greatly improved their in-store and online shopping and consistently given excellent customer service. Their available products are always changing and improving quality, so there is always something new to look at when shopping with them. I ordered a lovely Malvern Corner TV Unit to replace one that I bought from Argos three years ago. It was damaged while I was cleaning the house, it then fell apart! They no longer had that exact product, but I liked this one just as much. It is well made and so pleasing, I use it to put my new 50inc T.V”

“Given 5 because the staff in my local store are helpfull and give the best customer service,however lately online awfull got email telling me order is there to be collected as i was in queue to pick it up got email telling me delayed,it was not there got home email order in store then another 2 mins later telling me delayed happened to me twice now”
