Next failed to deliver a footstool despite emails and a text the day before confirming the order and the time. They never arrived. When I contacted Next they toLd me that they had cancelled the order and the item was not now available. I have sent 5 emails and not had the courtesy of any reply and the phone line has offered me a wait time of over an hour on the 4 occasions I have tried to phone them. Appalling service.

Next at Yas Mall has a wide variety of stunning clothes ranging from casual to formal with feminine fitting garments that show off a woman's best features in style. My favourite pink jacket makes me feel good at the start of a work day and colleagues always compliment me when I am wearing Next matching trousers. I feel good wearing Next! Next shop on the cards soon!!

Ordered corner sofa dining table and 4 chairs, numerous e mails giving delivery date and time slot. No furniture arrived no explanation. All old furniture was removed therefore nothing to sit or dine at. Still no explaination numerous phone calls with lengthy waits and store visits. I was told failed pick up from the warehouse this means nothing to me. Never had such abysmal service from any one. Still 5 days later no contact regarding delivery Wondering if there are financial problems with Next and I am never going to get my furniture, Looks like it will be back to John Lewis.

It would be 5 plus as the two pair of shoes i purchased are brilliant and i am very very happy with my purchases and always am when i buy from NEXT

Very fast delivery and good value. Smart casual clothes are great and 360 jeans are wonderful. Just need to work on sizing....sometimes hit and miss!

I recently ordered some furniture from Next and was assured by the sales representative that it would be derived, unpacked and all packing would be removed. A few days before delivery I received an email from them again stating that when the furniture was delivered it would be unpacked and the rubbish would be removed, Come the delivery day the furniture arrived exactly on time and was delivered by two very polite guys. When I asked them to unpack it they informed me that normally the eight chairs I ordered would be delivered by one man and therefore the unpacking and package removal was not offered. I pointed out to them that there were in fact two of them, the packages weighed 43KG each, I am 70 years old and slightly disabled and for me to unpack and place them would be a hardship they apologised and again said that they were not allowed to do this service. I refused to sign their delivery note until I had spoken to Next customer services. It took 45 minutes to get through to them during which time the guys sat in their vehicle waiting to see what customer care said. I was told that someone from home deliveries would phone me within 10 minutes, which they did and I was again informed that this was a one man delivery item and not unpacking was offered. Again I pointed out there were two guys sat outside who could have done this job and been on their way 30 minutes ago. The young lady apologised and said that if I wasn't happy to send the goods back. I had NO ISSUE with the products and decided that I had to keep them as we had disposed of our old one's, I went outside to inform the men that they could leave and I could just see the rear of their truck disappearing down the road. In summary, excellent produce, very poor customer care.

They have amazing offers, however the reason I haven't put excellent is to the fact that they never have some sizes that are in demand.
