“I could not find any trousers I liked after putting on a bit of weight but the girl that helped me directed me to a trouser with a nice cut and long leg and ordered it in especially for me”

“Ordered two beautiful chairs online after testing them out in store. Took minutes to order, simple. Within a week the chairs were ready and we arranged delivery for the following week. I was able to pick a suitable day and 4 hour time slot. The day before I was given a 90 minute time slot and was able to track the van on its route. The two guys that delivered it were friendly and courteous. They delivered to the room of my choice, unpacked the chairs, fitted the feet and took the packaging with them! Excellent service and the chairs, well they're just amazing!”

“I liked so many of their clothes that I was spoilt for choice - which is very unusual for me ! The shop assistant at the till was very friendly and helpful and looked up a faux mohair cardigan I'd seen online and showed me where it was in the store as I hadn't been to this particular Next before. She also showed me where the changing room was and after I'd tried on the cardigan in 2 colours (different from the one I'd liked online) she offered to order it for me or to come back the following week as they'd be getting some more in.”
