“I'm a bloke, so I'm not, stereo-typically, that bothered about shopping, but I recently reflected on the fact that as physical shops go, Next is my favourite. Once or twice a year I go to the men's department with one of my daughters and buy my clothes for the year/six months. It takes me about an hour or so and I just get loads of stuff I like and need and she checks I don't look too bad in it (I'm trusting they're being honest). Their clothes are well made, durable and well designed. I've always found the staff friendly, courteous and helpful. It's an easy shopping experience and I really like their clothes above all other high street retailers. On top of this I really like their home ware too. The staff are of the same standard and their furniture is solid, well made and pretty classy, in my opinion. A great standard for a fair price (not the cheapest, but it shows). In summary, Next is a decent place to still do some physical shopping. So much so, that it occurred to me the other day, whilst sat in my lounge, that if you took away all the Next stuff in the room, I'd have been sat on the floor in an almost empty room in just my socks. Not a great look! So well done Next.”

“I was able to order two shirts for free 'next day' collection into store. The staff were helpful and refunded the shirt size that was too big on the spot after letting me try them on in the changing room. Great service!”

“I enjoy shopping with next there quality of clothes are amazing and wash good and last long. There shop online is easy and can be delivered to there shop which makes it easier to try there then decide if keeping or returning.
