An absolute nightmare . 3 surveys that were inaccurate and suggested plans that were impossible for engineers to follow. 1 cancelled installation and 2 failed and the engineers had to drive away as were unequipped for job....4th installation cancelled this morning 8.10.16 due to lack of organisation with scaffolding. Paid an odd job man to move large cupboard on advise then had to pay to have it moved back as turned out boiler would not fit there. 4days annual leave from work taken on two occasions only to have the job aborted on the day. i have paid this company deposit of £600 in may and 4 further instalments since. Going into the 6TH MONTH now and still no boiler or radiators fitted. Passed from person to person on phone and never called back when told..

Salesman came really quick. Survey arranged and installation date agreed. I arranged time off work. 2 days beforehand they called to say boiler is not in stock but they would be able to install on the following day. Engineer eventually arrived after 11am having travelled for 3 hours only to find he had the wrong boiler! Apology call received but no further contact since and no new date. Impossible to phone and they don't respond to email. Rubbish.

Sales man came out really quickly, gave us a quote which we accepted, were told we would have the boiler fitted within the month. 1 month later we still hadn't heard when the survey was coming! Emailed, no reply, phoned 3 times promised we'd be called back, no one called, left an online request from the team to call us. No one has. Now we are in October and have no heating!

misqouting for work that was not necessary and failed to call back for reimbursment. arranged to schedule maintenance under contractual agreement, failed to turn up on, so called to ask where the engineer is only to fobbed off that someone will call me back. Again no one bothers to call back. Will not be taking any more time off from work, they will have to come on the weekend.

Poor service from start to finish and as soon as iI try to complain they go to ground and refuse to respond. Written and emailed both MD and Ops Director and even they don't get back to me. I feel very let down after spending nearly £4000 with this compnay

Have been waiting since March for a boiler to be fitted under the landlord/tenant scheme, it was supposed to be fitted today. Spent 3 hours waiting for engineer to arrive, rang to check where they were and was told boiler definitely would be fitted today. Rang again after another hour waiting and was told it was not being fitted today but they couldn't provide a reason. Now waiting for engineer to contact tenant to advise when boiler will be fitted. I am disappointed by the very poor customer service. If I hadn't rung up northern gas the tenant and myself would still be waiting for them to arrive.

Absolute rubbish from day one 6 boilers later and over 30 call outs still not sorted first it was electrics now or is a thermostat control ? Fitted a pipe to my drain pipe from boiler then saw it off in the middle and just left it Cowboys sting to mind and yes reported a fault to the thermostat and 5 months later still not rectified even after sending emails weekly for an update they cannot even be bothered go else where !!

Job delayed then cancelled by the company Appalling treatment. Contact with the company very difficult. No apologies and refusal to return the deposit. Worth to name and shame

On the 20 July 16 we waited from 0800hrs until 1300 hrs for a service engineeer to do our yearly service which we had booked the week before. No one turned up. We were given another date 27 Jul 16, again we waited in ALL DAY NO ONE TURNED UP. We made 6 phone calls and the manager never phoned us back once. We are now in limbo, and we still do not know when or if we are going to get our boiler serviced.

Not satisfied at all!! First of all, the Health & Safety Officers turned up on the day, the job was cancelled as the ladders were unsuitable. The next day we were told we had to be there at 9am. They did not turn up until 12.30pm, that was after endless phone calls from myself. The job finally completed . A week later the NEW boiler was on fire..... yes there were flames coming out of it. I could not convince the bloke on the phone at your office that it was actually on fire, instead of treating it as an emergency, all he said was, that if there was not a problem with the boiler then we would be charged for the call out!! Charming. So two other blokes came out and said there was a little wire trapped which caused the fire, i said that was careless and could have resulted in an explosion....they did not seam to be that bothered....which i have to say seems to reflect how your company is. So, there was no apology for more or less calling me a liar...(are you sure it is on fire)!!, no body has called up to apologise, no one has said anything about compensation, which i believe should be offered after the way we were treated. All in all very un satisfied, and i would never recommend your company to anyone ever.

I would never recommend this Company the whole process was diabolical from start to finish there call centre staff are rude, unhelpful, ignorant , uncaring and just plain awful the ONLY plus point was the engineer who actually installed the boiler because he was the only person who knew what he was doing

I found the whole experience from start to installation very good and couldn't fault anything. However, I have had a leak since the new boiler was installed and have phoned Northern Gas last week to report this but nobody has contacted me to arrange for this to be fixed.
