Ordered 2 dog coats on 31/12/22 and the coats have just arrived 20/1/23. I did get an email to say there were delays. then nothing for a while. After yet another email chasing the order I received a response to say there had been dispatched and I would get tracking information shortly. Unfortunately, I did not receive this information and I was very concerned that the order would not be fulfilled. But out of the blue the order arrived - not sure if this is Not in the Dog House issue or the carrier.

Ordered in November-taken my money and not delivered my goods (as of 29 Jan) Customer service shocking Cancelled the order and am initiating refund via my credit card DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for a dog bed and blanket as a Christmas present for my dog on 14th December. I received a generic note on 21st December saying "oops you order is running late". It didn't arrive in time for Xmas and I am still waiting for it on 20th January. I have sent numerous emails. At first they were answered and I was told a replacement would be sent. Nothing arrived. Now they've stopped answering my emails and nobody returns your calls. I've asked for a refund and still nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them again. They most certainly ARE in the dog house.

Put in my order on the 16th January and am still to receive it despite getting emails saying another one would be despatched, now they aren't even replying to emails and have taken my money. Very disappointed as my first shipment arrived no problem, can't get through on the phone either, who do we report this to please?

I ordered the cat food over three weeks ago and i still haven't received my purchase. Not only that but the company never respond to complaints. I have requested to have my money back and this has not happened. Do not order anything from this company. Your money is taken and your goods are NEVER delivered.

Goods took 6 weeks to arrive. Lack of communication available to chase. Asked bank to intervene and goods then arrived.

I have yet to receive the order. It was ordered on the 11th November. Finally resent it again 2 weeks ago but still not yet received.

The dog food was delivered very late - took 2 weeks. I had to buy the food elsewhere because we ran out before your delivery. Sorry but will not be using you again.

Ordered in November, Item was then out of Stock, although could still order online. Recieved an update to say item would be shipped when back in stock. Numerous emails to company and no updates. suggested several times to ship an alternative product, still no response, Item finally delivered the 2nd week of January.

Was told parcel despatched, didn't arrive, left numerous calls on answer phone - no reply. Numerous emails, occasional one answered.After waiting nearly 3 weeks Was promised on December 23rd a refund as failed to deliver.Started chasing this up beginning of January, no answer received. 14th January this parcel of dog food arrived, squashed into a small box, biscuits like powder. Tried contacting on phone and emails, but no reply Terrible company

Contacted customer services multiple times - phone lines off. Promised a refund that was never given. Had to claim via credit card which they are now disputing. Unbelievable
