Hi , I have just emailed you from our system. Please allow me to sincerely apologise for the mix up with your order. I can put up for a reship with the correct product for you and I can arrange a collection for the incorrect stock by our courier. Please not that this may be on a separate occasion to the delivery of the new product. Would this suit you? Dear Diarmaid, Thank you for contacting us and for bringing the error in your order to our attention. Please allow me to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. I have arranged for the team to reship the missing item (s) from your order to you as soon as possible. These will be sent to our courier for shipment. Delivery with our couriers usually takes 2-3 working days. Your new order number is as follows: SOR093960. This will generate a tracking number once it has been assigned to a courier and you will be able to trace the delivery status of your order. Our courier will also uplift the incorrect stock. This may be on a separate occasion to the delivery of the new product. Please have the stock ready for collection in its original packaging and remove all previous address labels from the box. Tastes nice but has given me the worst acid reflux ever from a red wine. (That is on two occasions now).

The bottom. Of the wine box is broken so rhe bottles can fall out. Can you.advize if I can exchange box at your Galway store.

I placed my order on Tuesday 5thApril expecting it to be delivered to my uncle’s house in time for his birthday celebration on Sunday 10thApril. I am extremely disappointed to receive a text from DPD informing me that my uncle’s gift will not be delivered until Monday 11thApril. Very poor service!!

You delivered the wrong wine. I received 12 bottles of an Italian wine instead of the Chateau Rollan de by. Can you please deliver the correct wine please?

Thank you for this service but I will not be doing it again as it took 4 days to deliver and delivery cost ~ 8 euro. I would not want to be too thirsty! All else good though, thank you, Brian.

Case of wine dumped outside front door by UPS a day earlier than tracking suggested, no attempt at contact despite number on label, left there over 18 hours despite UPS promising to pick it up for safety, no attempt to check id which is a legal requirement in alcohol sales, o browns customer service made no attempt to rectify the situation. Same delivery guy arrives next day, again a day earlier than UPS tracking suggested, again no attempt to contact and would have dumped that case also except we were lucky enough to be at home, driver no clue about need to check for over 18 I’d, no apologies for lack of respect for our delivery. Again no response from O browns, last time I’ll order from them

My packages was marked as delivered but it’s now show as being returned to sender. They didn’t call the number at all and now the birthday present for my friend won’t be delivered.

Very disappointed that the package I received arrived in such a poor state. The wooden case it was stored in had the lid broken. It was obvious that the damage had occurred and the broken shard stored inside the box in the hope it would just be ignored. As this was due to be a present I was extremely disappointed as I don’t have time to wait for a replacement.

Unfortunately you delivered the wrong wine. We ordered a case (12) of Chateau Remaury. (€11.95/bt) You delivered Gerard Bertrand Reserve Special (€9.95/bt)! Nice wine but not what I ordered.
