I ordered this for delivery. When I got notification that it was being delivered I contacted DPD to change the day as there was nobody at home. DPD still delivered, and left the wine at the front door of the house in full view of the steet. Luckily it was still there that night, but alcahol should not be left like that. I won't be getting delivery from here again.

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about the delivery issue and the concern over leaving alcohol unattended. Our items are high value and restricted items. Under no circumstances should and order be left outside a property. I am glad your order was there when you arrived home, but it should have been signed for and safely delivered, not left. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. The online service is dreadful. I placed my order 8 days ago with a promise to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. Tracking my order, it shows it still with O’Briens awaiting collection by the courier. Emailed O’Briens 3 days ago, no response. Sort out your logistics please

Range is always uninspiring, be that Wine or Spirits, in particular. Need to sort that out, the choice of products has been bad for years. Somebody's not delivering differentiation vs what you can collect in Tesco, Carry Out or even Super Valu. Bad range management for too long!

Hi I ordered Prosecco for delivery a week ago and nothing has arrived. The special occasion it was meant for has been and gone. I am very disappointed. I have emailed to chase up the order, but no reply.

You sent the order to the billing address and not to my delivery address. I still haven't received my order!!! Am left chasing DPD to sort out this mess!!!!

I have bought from this Chateau before and usually its great. However this year was awful, I bought it for a fathers day present and my dad said it tasted off, like rotten vinegar. Maybe skip this year.

I still haven't received my order 9 days later despite phone calls and emails to O'briens. I was assured my order would arrive yesterday but, again, nothing arrived. Very poor.

Terrible experience. I received a number of products I didn't order (different vintages). I was in touch with customer service who weren't particularly helpful. Still waiting for further response re how to return the products.

You forgot to put the message card in with the delivery which meant the recipient had to ring you to find out who sent them the gift. Pretty basic stuff to get wrong.

The order process and correct was fine but DPD didn't deliver it when they said they would, they then sent an email to say delivery failed even though we were at home and when I rescheduled the delivery to the next day they still left the box on our doorstep four hours later when we were no longer home. Thankfully it was still there when we got back, but it could easily have been stolen. Please ensure that DPD doesn't just drop off orders without somebody accepting them in person, there was a red label of the box saying that it should only be accepted by a person over 18 years old, clearly the delivery driver ignored this.
