The order process and correct was fine but DPD didn't deliver it when they said they would, they then sent an email to say delivery failed even though we were at home and when I rescheduled the delivery to the next day they still left the box on our doorstep four hours later when we were no longer home. Thankfully it was still there when we got back, but it could easily have been stolen. Please ensure that DPD doesn't just drop off orders without somebody accepting them in person, there was a red label of the box saying that it should only be accepted by a person over 18 years old, clearly the delivery driver ignored this.

Still waiting for wine two weeks after ordering . Have been on to customer service got no apology very disappointed.

I placed 3 separate orders of a bottle of wine to friends with a note, only 1 got the note the others did not know where the wine came from - not impressed!

Very unhappy customer Order delivered to wrong house I got a message saying order delivered and signed for No order I ring the delivery company They can see it was delivered to wrong house They said if I don't get order by next day ring up and tell obriens and they'll send me a new one I am the customer I paid for the order I paid for the delivery I expect to have the order at my house I should not have to ring and ring and ring to find out where my order is and what are next steps I was very lucky that the person that incorrectly got my order reached out to me Still I had to resolve myself and go and pick up the order for their house after me, the customer paying for the order and delivery Delivery companies should be held accountable and it should have been them that resolved this not me, the paying customer

I have been shopping in O Briens for a long time and was always satisfied so it was very disappointing when I opened the Monte Real and it was dreadful This is the first time I ordered wine online

I ordered for a delivery to my friend & neighbour but you delivered to my house in error. When I emailed you, you said you'd get this sorted but I never heard from you again so I delivered it myself. I order a lot of wine & I'll never use your company again

Hi, I had a problem with a wine delivery. My package arrived damaged with a bottle missing. There were fragments of glass stuck to some of the other bottles and I cut my finger on it. The courier needed to take a photo of the delivered box so he turned it so that no damage was visible before he took the photo. I reported this to O'Briens Wines. They told me to report it to the courier which I did. All I received for my trouble was a bottle of wine to replace the one that broke. I thought the valuable feedback would be worth more then that. I nearly did not get the chance to taste it. Not for the first you delivery company did not call to my door. I was in all morning. Instead they left the box of chanpagne on the door step of a neighbour who incidently was also in and the delivery driver did not ring their door bell either. The box sat on the step for over an hour. Only the neighbour was going out when they discvered it on their door step. This is not the first time this has happened. Really not satisfied with the delivery process and this will influence my choosing to shop on line with O'Briens going forward . To answer the question below No notification of delivery time window was recieved so i dont know Was it ? it wasnt delivered to the correct address!. Overall very poor.
