“All wine products very good. Delivery time as said and all safely packaged”

“My regular orders have been fine. However you don’t have Stonewell cider online and I can only buy it in the shop. Delivery is sometimes slow, up to 3 working days”

“Order was efficient as always and products as described. Only issue being that delivery was made with no advance notice of specified time. I wasn’t there to receive and delivery was left outside front door. With any other product this would not be an issue, but given the high temperatures on the day in question, and the nature of the products themselves, this wasn’t ideal. Luckily a neighbour brought to a location where this ultimately didn’t impact on products themselves, but had this not been the case, it may have been a different outcome (product-wise)”

“I’ve shopped at O’Briens in person many times and found the staff very pleasant helpful and well informed. However since Covid I prefer to shop online. I’ve ordered wines since then and have found the process to be a good one but not the same as the face to face one which I hope to resume soon!!”
