“The wine is fine but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. Unlike most supermarkets, the delivery company selects the period of delivery, not the customer. This is worsened by inadequate notice of delivery time.”

“The delivery was prompt. The wines were very well packed in a carton of 12 +1. The wines were also at a low temperature which suggests they had been stored in a suitable environment.”

“We always really enjoy our wines from O'Briens, but the Ophalum Albariño was a letdown. It was very acidic and undrinkable.”

“Nice selection of wine with many reduced offers. Delivery was very quick given that it was Christmas week. Would be good to choose a delivery date as this was a gift for a January birthday so arrived early. Can't comment on the quality of the wine yet.”

“The only query that I have is that I didn't receive my Les Auzines Fleurs Blanches bottle of wine but received different bottle called Leyda. If you didn't have it in stock no problem the replacement look fine. Merry Xmas. Paul Martin.”

“The wine is always good! I just wish it wasn't repacked for delivery in new cardboard boxes and padding, when all wine comes in cardboard boxes with separators anyway. Please just use original boxes where possible!”

Hi Annaba, Thank you for your feedback. All of our shipments are packed to avoid damages in transit and to be up to code for our couriers requirements. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. “A good, reasonably priced selection of wines and spirits, if buying wines on offer, altough wines not on offer tend to be rather dear. Normally quick dispatch and delivery times. A much improved monitoring of wine vintages: O'Briens used to have huge discrepanies between the ordered vintages online and those actually delivered. This is now much better.”
