Hi, I used my tracking order to find out what time the delivery of my order would be and realised that it was scheduled at a time when I was not going to be at home. I changed the delivery date to tomorrow but it arrived today when I was out and it was left on my doorstep. So no notice was taken of my change of delivery day! Luckily, it was all right and I received the correct order. However, if I was to order again from O'Briens, I would not be comfortable with it being left outside my door. Thanks, Hilary Kirk

Correct order arrived. No delay. However the box used to transport the wine was open….as if the tape (single layer) used to seal it, had been torn/cut /ripped the entire length of the opening, in order to look into the box.

Everything arrived safely as ordered. One query , Is internal packaging recyclable? If not why not ?

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. As a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me. The wine was as I ordered. The only issue I have were with delivery. While I requested UPS to give me updates on estimated time of delivery none were forthcoming. Secondly, when it was delivered it was placed at the side wall of the driveway as it took me 30 seconds to come to the door. It was fortunate that I was in at the time as it may have not been still there if I had not.

O'briens sometimes seem to fall down on its delivery service. This time I received no indication of when it would be delivered. It duly arrived OK but unexpectedly.

After ordering a case of excellently selected wines from O'Briens I was happy to see the confirmation that they arrived safely at my address in Donegal, however the Courier left the case at the wrong house and it sat in a shed (missing) for 5 days. Hannah was so tenacious in getting this back to the right address and kept me up to date every day until it was found. Great end to the story. I will certainly be buying more wines from O'Briens

Good selection, good pricing (especially on-sale offers) and the after (and before!) sales service from Hannah was exceptional. Cheers! Tiny quibble - too much packaging, but then again, they are bottles! Optional more compact packaging for 6 or 12 bottles would be great…

This is not your issue but UPS , your delivery firm, claimed I was not in today and have sent my wine to a delivery point quite a distance from me. I am not sure how I am supposed to collect it ?? I have been in all day, they definitely did not arrive at my delivery address. I am not sure what happens next, I can’t collect the parcel it should have been delivered to me personally

Happy with wine. Unhappy with delivery. The Courier just left the wine on my front doorstep and then left before alerting me. I would have preferred if he rang the doorbell first - I would have had him put the cases at the side door, which is right next to my wine rack. I've just had back surgery and am not able to easily bend over and move things. I appreciate the speed, but not the delivery process.

Is the Porta 6 out of stock as it wasn't received. It was instead replaced by Marqués de la Concordia Reserva.
