“Wine is good. Delivery service was a problem. The phone I filled in online was not provided to the courier. They sent an email saying no one at the address when someone was there. They couldn’t ph as they didn’t have the contact number”

“I sent a bottle of champagne but O'Brien's did not include the note I sent with it so the recipient did not know it was from me or why I had sent it. Pretty poor.”
