“I think you will hear this a lot, the only issue and i mean only issue is that fruit is mostly short dated. An option to choose a date would suit us much better and perhaps short dated fruit and vegetables are discounted so you as a supplier do not waste food - See Hugh Fernley's campaign Otherwise i am a big fan and your face of the company, your drivers are always great Thanks Steve”

“I have been with Ocado for 7 years now. Can't fault them. If there is a problem with an item I have always been refunded with the cost, no questions asked. Most of my deliveries have been on time too. The only thing I would say is that sometimes I have had to wait for quite a long time before my phone call is answered. Today though it was answered straight away so I was really pleased. There are lots of savings on many items so I am happy. All in all very I would recommend Ocado.”

“So much better than the rest. Ordering is easy, deliveries are mostly on time (although sometimes early). Quality is generally good, I just wish there was a little more thought in bag packing (not enough, or too many or bread squashed under potatoes).”

“The ordering and delivery is very good. The delivery people are always very polite and helpful. My only issue is that the fresh food sent to me seems to expire quite quickly. For example if I order 2 packets of chicken fillets, steaks, fish - they will expire within 3 days and that is 4 meals. I do not like to freeze my produce - therefore I have wastage. I would be grateful if the food packers would pay attention to dates and if I order fresh produce I would like have a longer expiry date”

We do show the life guarantee for fresh items on the website and this will show the minimum amount of days we will deliver that particular product with to you, please be aware that this does include the day of delivery. If any of the items we have delivered to you don't meet our minimum life guarantee please do email us at ocado@ocado and we can look into this further for you. “Excellent web site, easy to use and keeps lists to refer back to, which is particularly useful when planning for Christmas. Very rarely out of stock of anything and their choice of replacement is always good and well considered. The delivery is good, on time and with a courteous driver and never any breakages. Any complaints that we have had have been dealt with efficiently and quickly. We have used Ocado for at least eight years and would not consider going elsewhere. Really, I cant fault them.”
