“We love Ocado and have a for some years now. However, they have really come into their own since we had a child. With a newborn it was just easier to have someone bring all we needed to the house. Now , with an autistic toddler, its a lifeline. My son cant cope with the supermarket and Ocado means he doesn't have to. The choice available is fantastic, allowing us to buy exciting gluten free options for our sons gf diet and discover products from all over the world as well as every day favourites. The website is so intuitive. I once tried a competitor, but the layout of their site made no sense to me and I gave up! Your drivers always bring the bags into the house for me and any issues have been resolved so quickly and professionally I simply cant fault the service. You guys rock!”

“Words are inadequate fully to express my love for Ocado. But I'll try! Ocado is simply wonderful. I use it about twice a week. It saves lots of time of course, and money too: - if I drive my car to Waitrose, then pay to park, that would certainly cost me more money. The app on iPad and iPhone are great too. I always get these to show me all my 'favourites'. This means I can go "click - click - click" on what's needed in a few seconds - without even getting out of bed. If I ever move house, I'll first check to see whether Ocado delivers there! I won't buy a house where it isn't available. Malcolm Messiter”

“Love, Love, Love Ocado! Living in a rural community it's a long drive to my nearest supermarket and then when I get there they often don't have products that I consider "basics". In order to find slightly different ingredients it's a 30 mile round trip, which I loathe. Fortunately Ocado stock pretty much anything! I regularly check the prices of my regular shopping with the other big supermarkets and Ocado are usually cheaper too (yes really) and the quality is almost always spot on. On the very rare occasion when I receive a substandard product Ocado refund without question and in three years with Ocado I think I've received three substitute items! My shopping arrives on time, every week with a smile and I never need to set foot in a Supermarket again if I don't want to ... What's not to love!”

“I have used Ocado several years now. Excellent service, that I can rely on to be consistant. Deliveries even in bad weather. Rare to have substitutions. Longer dates on than most items found on a supermarket shelf. A couple of products come a bit worse for wear: raspberries, and curd cheese. I would recommend Ocado to anyone.”

“Convenience - of note are the 1 hr delivery time slots; the app that makes shopping simple; Reserved time slots; annual delivery charges; good communication from delivery drivers. Excellent customer services. A great range of products (not just groceries!). Why go anywhere else?”

“Ocado remains the grocery go to in our house for convenience, reliability and choice. We love treating ourselves to the many specialist products alongside weekly staples that are always competitively priced. From Christmas shopping to preparing for the arrival of a new baby and everything in between, Ocado remains our number one favourite.”

“I've used Ocado for many years having used other supermarket on line shopping. I have found Ocado extremely efficient in all aspects and when things haven't quite gone to plan, their customer service is second to none. The delivery slots are with in an hour and I have a regular slot booked in advance with a fantastic facility that creates a shop that I can edit in advance saving SO much time. I would highly recommend Ocado.”

“95% of time, excellent service, helpful and friendly drivers (think only ever had a couple of rude unhelpful ones ever). The only gripe is quite a few times, have received damaged items, mainly due to the way they have been packed. Not always clear if this is because of how they are packed at the depot or how they are brought to the door by the drivers. Often they are not brought in the boxes and/or bags are over filled etc. Would also helpful to get some advice from Ocado about whether it is appropriate/expected to tip drivers. Could you publish something on this?”

Hi Bipasha, we're glad to hear you enjoy the service most of the time. We're really sorry to hear you've had quite a few damaged items, we hope you've been requesting refunds whenever this does happen. We do take images of all items before they leave our warehouse so we can ensure the highest packing standards are maintained, they should always be delivered using the red delivery boxes though as this keeps them safe. “I wouldn't ever use another online grocery shopping service. Brilliant. Always on time. It's very rare that anything is not available or substituted and all the delivery drivers are super polite and helpful. I'm proud to be an Ocado customer. I wouldn't even consider using another online grocery shopping service.”

“Ocado is first-rate. The web site is excellent and simple to use. The system for booking a regular weekly delivery is the height of convenience. The quality of the food is also very high. The deliveries normally arrive on time and the drivers are usually polite and helpful. I have now used their service for 11 years, a milestone they generously marked with the gift of a bottle of wine.”

“I generally like the ocado app which is easy to use but I just wish it wouldn't add everything you ever buy to your favourites. They have a good availabity of delivery slots and reliable, friendly drivers. Sometimes the bags are packed without logic or care meaning things can be damaged on arrival. Ocado have a very fair refund policy though when goods arrive damaged. I have been with ocado for several years and don't feel tempted to try any other delivery service.”
