“My first delivery was cancelled two hours before delivery due to an operational problem. However, I re-scheduled the delivery and it arrived 45 minutes early and the driver was extremely helpful and informed me of the returning of carrier bags etc. The quality of the food is excellent and I am hoping to make this my regular shopping site.”

We do show the minimum life of all fresh products on the website to let customers know what the minimum they can expect to receive. You can view this information by clicking on the product description, please do be aware that this does include the day of delivery. “Excellent competitive prices for quality food. However late delivery and having to bin half of my eggs for being broken let down my first experience with ocado.”

“I wasn't happy that ocado cancelled my order an hour before the due time. I called customer service and the man I spoke to was very helpful and rearranged another time for me. My new delivery slot was for the next morning 8.30 -9,30 but the driver called to say he would be there more towards 9.30 but then turned up at 10.10.”

“I have used Ocado a number of times now, and I have been pleased with the service each and every time. The website is easy to use and navigate, with plenty of choices and good offers available. Occasionally I have had to select something else, if the original option isn't available. But the alternatives have always been good. The shopping can be delivered at very convenient times and the drivers are always friendly and smart. I would recommend the service to friends and family and anyone else who may be looking for a similar service.”

“The delivery was excellent, if late, with a polite delivery man which I am not used to from other grocery delivery services. The food all had good use by dates, but I probably won't use ocado again due to price.”

Oh no, we don't want to see you go Charis. We try to price as competitively as possible and if your comparative shop would have been less at Tesco.com we'll even email you a voucher for the difference, plus a penny.

“Unfortunately, first order suffered from chilled products being soaked in the contents of a burst 4 pint milk carton: credit process only took one customer service phone call - driver was very distressed as front path and his clothing and shoes were soaked in milk early on a Monday morning...”

“Ocado delivery has been easy and convenient. The drivers are friendly, unlike some of the drivers for Ocado's competitors. Produce has been fresh and the meat inexpensive but tasty. I have accidentally purchased things that are too small--I wish that there were a way to see the relative sizes based on the pictures (rather than based on grams).”

“As predicted fantastic first time service and produce. Second time round was a more average affair with items hastily put in bags with no real care. We will continue to use Ocado for the time being as they are competitive.”

“i am very pleased with my first order with Ocado, everything was in order and well packed, full marks for prompt delivery. I will definitely use them again. Only downside is regular items which I buy from local store are bit expensive on Ocado.”
