I am not satisfied with my recent order from Oceans Alive. The confirmation I received for my order stated that the product was being shipped from France, but it actually came from England. This resulted in additional time and import processing fees and extra taxes since it was being shipped from outside the EU. Initially, I had good communication with their customer service. However, when I pointed out the extra costs I had to bear, the communication went silent. I won't be ordering from this store again.

Very disappointing customer service. Placed the order, it gets lost, no update from Oceansalive team. After contacting they confirmed it being lost, offers a refund or replacement order. So I requested replacement order to be sent ASAP as it’s been long. No updates again, I keep asking for tracking number or any information but get told will get an email when order gets dispatched which again takes so much time that I ask for update and eventually ask if nothing can be done please refund. Funnily I always end up chasing and contacting and then get sone reply. Really awful experience!!!

Too bad about potassium sorbate and sweeteners, plenty of allergens, no info about if it is suitable for vegetarians/vegans, no info whether any ingredient is GM.

He tenido muchísimas dificultades con el pedido. Además de ponerme todas las dificultades para su entrega, me han cobrado una exageración de impuestos de importación. Algo que no contemplaba. 60 euros de mas he tenido que pagar por falta de información.

Wont order again sent a different product to the photo online, want me to pay return postage for them not having their website correct, I ordered vanilla the photo showed vanilla they did not send this flavour

You promised a 3-5 day delivery, not mentioning the need of importing my order. When it arrived I had already left Europe.

Everything was great when delivery was via Royal Mail but it shows how good Amazon are, since they took over your deliveries nothing but problems. If you cannot sought it out I will find an alternative supplier. Deliver to my address not somewhere else.

I still haven't received my delivery even though it's been 2 months since I placed my order. This is the first and last time I order from Oceans Alive. They have not been friendly or helpful when I have tried to communicate with them. Oceans Alive behaves like scammer. Maybe Oceans Alive has gone bankrupt? Big warning!! Don't buy from Oceans Alive, Save your money and order from another more serious dealer..

Domestic Abuse Act 2021: England and Wales Second Jar of Fermented Cod Liver Oil had arrived and upon opening the jar it is impossible to open. I suspect that is because the corrupt officers at Hertfordshire Police want to further cause deliberate injury and illness to my daughter a female victim of domestic abuse and a former public servant of St Albans Council who currently has carpal tunnel syndrome in her left hand and this is one may to do that on a covert basis. You may not be aware but St Albans is the location of where David Carrick, Metropolitan Police had committed crimes against women which St Albans Police had failed to prevent or reduce. In addition to this when I she was employed by St Albans Council, as an undisclosed female victim of domestic abuse and an adult child of a dependent alcoholic there was alleged cruelty, misogyny and discrimination from a number of male police officers, now this continues even during a time of war. Please replace my second jar of cod liver oil.

After waiting for a fair amount of time, I was charged 279 Danish Kroner for customs. When I was purchasing the item, on the checkout part I was offered to pay 98 Danish Kroners for delivery. There wasn't a posibillity to pay the customs as usual. All of a sudden I have to pay an extra 279, while your customs are only 119 DKK.

i ordered on saturday and paid for next day delivery which i then received on tuesday. i recomended you to my brother and his product was due on saturday and turned up on tuesday. i ordered a vegan product off you and you sent me a free item that was not vegan.

curcumine95 bioperine is excellent but taxes I paid to get it in France are unbelievable so I wont work anymore with you for my next order, sorry too expansive. cordialement

I did not accept the package because the delivery man (UPS) requested me to pay 36€ for it . I did not excpect it as i paid in the web site for world delivery. I am waiting for a full refund from them, still no reply.

Fraud! Brought a product that never arrived, no one assumes responsability. I contacted and they say the product was sent through a company who never received the products. Asked to send again or my money back and they just say it was sent. Do not recommend this company.
