“It was a quick delivery and everything arrived well packaged and in good condition as promised, but I thought the price already included the import charges. I had to pay 27 euros more to release the package.”

“Oceans Alive would not accept a return of 270 capsules of Magnesium L Threonate (minus 5) after explaining to them that they caused heart palpitations. These capsules cost me £110. YET THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. This is surely a matter for me to report this company to Trades Descriptions.”
