What we intend to do in future is give priority to larger orders, as long as small orders can still be dispatched within the minimum timescale. It should speed things up. “I never received my order so lost approximately £100. Oceans Alive could not care less despite them being responsible for selecting the delivery method which ‘no longer requires a signature’ on delivery. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful suggesting I file a police report for missing items which of course they know full well is a complete and utter waste of time. Incredibly disappointing and I would never order from them again. I would recommend avoiding this company.”

“I love OA products and how they breakdown the lists of ingredients and benefits in their supplements. I like that they also have regular promotions and offers. Delivery is always very prompt and reasonably priced. My favourite item that I order regularly is green pasture cod liver oil and butter oil. I'm very grateful for this site that promotes the honest and natural way of taking care of ourselves in this toxic world.”
