“Avoid. They send used and opened products and then refuse to rectify the issue.”

“Ordered a product I usually buy directly from the company who make it with the last of my birthday money as it was slightly cheaper. It was delivered to the incorrect address and as the photo they provided showed no house number I searched up and down my street, but was unable to find it. After contacting Royal Mail to see if they were able to retrieve it I was told that I should contact Oceans Alive to request either a refund or a replacement. I’ve now sent three emails (the first almost two weeks ago) and phoned multiple times only for it to go straight to voicemail each time. I’ve still not received a response from them. Next time I’ll pay the extra few pounds to avoid the hassle of having to chase a company in order to receive what I’ve paid for! Wish I’d have checked trust pilot first.”

“You guys sent a completely different product. I ordered Collagen liquid and you sent Sleep Better gummies. I have sent 2 different emails with no answers. Got response and was sent a replacement bit I ordered 2 bundles and only recieved 1 😔”

“You are selling short dated items. I bought 3 x bottles of 90 of a Dr Mercola product and there was no indication that it would be impossible to use these before the expiry date. I think that is appalling.”

“Everything was great when delivery was via Royal Mail but it shows how good Amazon are, since they took over your deliveries nothing but problems. If you cannot sought it out I will find an alternative supplier. Deliver to my address not somewhere else.”

“I still haven't received my delivery even though it's been 2 months since I placed my order. This is the first and last time I order from Oceans Alive. They have not been friendly or helpful when I have tried to communicate with them. Oceans Alive behaves like scammer. Maybe Oceans Alive has gone bankrupt? Big warning!! Don't buy from Oceans Alive, Save your money and order from another more serious dealer..”

“Domestic Abuse Act 2021: England and Wales Second Jar of Fermented Cod Liver Oil had arrived and upon opening the jar it is impossible to open. I suspect that is because the corrupt officers at Hertfordshire Police want to further cause deliberate injury and illness to my daughter a female victim of domestic abuse and a former public servant of St Albans Council who currently has carpal tunnel syndrome in her left hand and this is one may to do that on a covert basis. You may not be aware but St Albans is the location of where David Carrick, Metropolitan Police had committed crimes against women which St Albans Police had failed to prevent or reduce. In addition to this when I she was employed by St Albans Council, as an undisclosed female victim of domestic abuse and an adult child of a dependent alcoholic there was alleged cruelty, misogyny and discrimination from a number of male police officers, now this continues even during a time of war. Please replace my second jar of cod liver oil.”
